It's easy, and only takes a few moments. They Controlled their draft picks back then, if they made good picks, and kept them happy, they dominated.Excellent point. Vince's winning record in 69 is amazing considering it's the only winning record the Redskin's had in the 60's. Quite an amazing single season turn around, all without FA.
I just looked it up. Sounds like he doesn't know who to blame for how bad he's played this season. First he blames the coaches, then himself then back to the coaches for the scheme. Not a fan of White talking.
At All.
It’s tough I feel like maybe Mayo can get there.
But seeing White take this stance as have WRs on a depth chart that has no depth shoot their way out of turn has me feeling like Vrabel is needed.
Vrable is hands down the worst decision they can make.
Defense is not where the league is anymore and a hard nosed defensive guy makes no sense when you fired the best ever at it and already tried to replace him with a similar (defensive mind) strategy.
People have convinced them self that Vrabel is a legitimate coach and really I only see a guy who road Henry's coattails into the ground.
Mike Vrabel Uses Bill Belichick's Own Trick Against Him, Helping Titans To Beat Patriots In Playoffs
Mike Vrabel never coached on Bill Belichick's staff, but the former Patriots player sure has learned a lot from his old head coach. Even as an observer from afar.www.cbsnews.com

This is true, but then again, those were the Jack Kent Cook-owned teams.I guess. I live in the DC area and when people talk about the Redskins, all they talk about is the Gibbs SB-winning teams. People prefer to talk about the winning, which I think will be Kraft's legacy no matter what he does now.
The thing is, he's right in all cases.I just looked it up. Sounds like he doesn't know who to blame for how bad he's played this season. First he blames the coaches, then himself then back to the coaches for the scheme.
I don't want to be political, but age does indeed make a difference.I’m not aware of anything that distinguishes him from Bob other than name, age and a rumor that he did not want Mayo (which I do not believe).
He should let Mayo continue to move down a top 10 Defense to top 30 to even worse? Not a fan of White talking.

Mayo intentionally did nothing this year. He stood back, told Thunder he was a “CEO” and didn’t get his hands dirty with any actual coaching or game planning, This allows him to tak no responsibility for anything & just throw his assistant coaches under the bus, the same way he threw BB under the bus & claim he had absolutely nothing to do with the disaster that was this season.Mayo ALREADY is talking about making player and assistant coach evaluations for NEXT season. This guy is too smug and self-assured, there's been no sense of urgency from him all year. Makes me wanna puke.
If the Pats fired Mayo, there would be absolutely no market for his services. Mayo wouldn’t be able to land a job as an Assistant, much less a Coordinator, for any other NFL team. He got the job because he played on Kraft’s jealousy of BB & threw his mentor under the bus to trick Kraft into firing BB & putting JeFraud in charge.I’d rather trade Mayo to anyone for whatever we can get.
Certainly there is a demand for his services, otherwise why would Krafty Bob put it in his contract to ensure we didn’t lose him?
Right now it is White, in a year or two is it Maye?Keeping Mayo is hands down the worst decision they can make.
Vrabel's team made the AFC championship game with Tannehill the QB, and you're bringing up that he had Derrick Henry?
I agree, go for an offensive guy first, but there are worse choices than Vrabel.

Wait. We're gonna act like Henry wasn't a machine?
Without Henry he doesn't even make the playoffs.
no, and he would have been traded in a heartbeatRight now it is White, in a year or two is it Maye
Maybe for some motivated players in search of excellence it isn’t enough to be highly paid
Maybe some have more pride and don’t like being part of a clown show.
Would Brady have accepted this leadership?
