Julian Edelmans last year here (2020) his knee was Bone on Bone... he only played 6 games that year before he had surgery

And he would’ve had around 900-1000 yds receiving that season if he played all the games. The previous season he had 1117 yds. This condition doesn’t happen overnight and it’s not black and white…their is a lot of gray where the condition is not as severe.

He will play, he will not play, and he is on his last year.

This isn't difficult.
1) He will play in 2026 if he is able, even at a much lower level than his best.
2) If he can't play this year, he will likely go to IR.
3) He will be cut before next year since his new money for 2027 is $12.5M.
4) He could re-sign for less, but I don't think that this approach is Vrabel's style.
