Winning is more fun than draft position. I understand the overall msg you’re sending - but as Caleb is trying to show, you can’t promise winning by picking first.
I agree. I’d rather play every down of every game of every season to win.
But so many on here are obsessed with the draft as the cure for all ills. They want to trade every established NFL player that isn’t GOAT for a crapshoot draft pick. So damned stupid. The way you get a winning team is a solid middle class that develops guys like Nink and Van Noy. But that’s not popular among posters here.
