No one is playing both ways full time in the NFL, it's not physically possible and i'd have no interest in a corner playing 8 snaps on offense with all the needs this team has.

I want an offensive coach. Many of the coaches that appeared in the recent super bowls were offensive minded head coaches. Get a veteran defensive coordinator to anchor the defense but the HC should be an offensive guy to mirror the main chess piece, the QB.
The year? I wouldn't let coach after this game if they lose this game. I've seen enough. Move the whole coaching staff out of here and make sure Elliot Wolfe and Groh go, too.
