Maye will start this year and again experience…I do think that’s very important. But it serves no purpose yet.

I was wrong but I was in the camp that thought Brissett could keep that seat warm. He can't and the entire team is suffering for it. I don't see any value in continuing to put him out there week after week and to take it a step further I think it's actually hurting the team.

Yes and that is my premise. IMO the plan has been or is now trying to tank to get a haul for the #1 pick. Is it the right thing to do…IDK…but when Mayo said yesterday he is not considering starting Maye on Sunday…that is another reason that makes me think the tank is on.

In a sense it does Matter. This the year you reset the organization growing s new HC and rookie QB.. without development of Drake this season next season won't Matter. I see your point. But whenever Drake does play this season those snaps ect will be invaluable to him.

Dudes, would you rather finish 5-12 this season or get a haul for the number one draft pick in 2025 for Maye. It’s not an option for me.

I would rather get a haul like Chicago got from Carolina. Unfortunately, I don’t think there’s any QB that has separated himself. I’ve looked at a lot of mocks and they’re all over the place. I’ve seen guys like Sanders, Beck, Milton at #1 overall and mid to late first in others. Maybe, that will change.
