NFL GAME DAY DISCUSSION OT: Week 3 games around the league

It's more the D. I mean, he's throwing mostly into wide open guys. Not hard. Still, credit where credit is due he is doing what is needed and nothing more. Rare trait for a young QB.
Stop it

Good for Daniels that's a hell of a game

Stop what? I watched the whole game for the most part. He is throwing to pretty much wide open guys mixed in with some nice passes mostly long balls which he was known for at LSU. Then he took the easy throws which isn't a knock. Plus he had 8 years to throw the ball pretty much until that last drive and he barely got the ball out before he got leveled.

He played very well. The Bengals D is trash. Both can be true.

More TDs than incompletions is nasty work by both Daniels and Cin lmao

Bengals and 49ers are a classic case of you better win the Super Bowl when you get there because you might never get that chance again.

No guarantees Burrow ever goes back and the 49ers are now getting crippled with injuries and are going to have to pay Purdy soon.

That dime he just dropped to McLaurin was nothing to do with the defense
Sure that was a great pass that he got absolutely demolished on. Its all smiles now, won't be when he is on IR. They didn't show the hit he took probably for good reason.

Yes he did, but he took a massive shot. Again, he won't hold up to that type of stuff. It's a shame but the NFL holds no prisoners.
Thank goodness it was a body shot. Looked like nothing worse than every RB or WAr takes on every play they carry the ball. And next time, he slid. Don’t think it is as much of a concern as popularly believed.

If Jake Brisket or Drake made either of those bombs to Mclaurin you’d be spewing goo all over yourself thinking we have the next great QB.

Those were elite, top tier throws and had nothing to do with the defense

Daniels is a twig. Thats the difference. Now, if he can somehow bulk up that will help him immensely. I enjoyed watching him tonight, he's far better than Williams in the first 3 games. I hope he can stay on the field, good QBs are desperately needed.

Ummm yeah overall the entire game did. The D puked all over themselves all night long. Couldn't stop anything. Doesn't take away from Daniels' performance. It was very good and nice to see.
