I just looked this up: It's illegal for the defender to grab a runner by the helmet rim. It's effectively the same as a facemask.

That should've been a penalty on the Bucs.

Problem is they usually come at the cost of depth. So as long as they remain healthy and produce you’re good, but if they get dinged up or shut down you’re hosed.

yeah... but we've basically had "depth" players in the starting roles for a few years now... can always get "depth" pieces... we desperately need, and have for years now, playmakers in the wr position

I get it but at this point I’d lean towards taking the chance. Who knows maybe he’ll end up loving it here. He shouldn’t have to worry about a lack of targets seeing that the offense will go through him.

Looks like Philly would have an insane dead money hit if they traded him so I don’t see that happening. But they also have a problem on their hands if he’s being a malcontent and they can’t move him for financial reasons.

check the Post June 1 Trade designation on OTC, its a manageable cap hit if they want to move him out... it ain't great, but its manageable
