The one of the few times he did that last week it was picked off in similar fashion to one of the Mac picks.
That was a good play by the safety. Mac literally threw the ball right at the LB.

Let Malik play and make it snappe.
Lol, you sound nervous. I see by your score prediction that you're expecting a blow-out w/o a TD drive by Zappe, despite the fact he led one last week in mop up duty. What's funny is you predicted a 19-0 win last week when Mac was the starter.

Chargers are dead last on D in total yds and passing yds. They're #23 in points allowed. They're better against the run and #6 in sacks. They only have 6 INTs. I expect BoB to cut Zappe loose with deep throws to Parker.

You should be rooting for a good outing by Zip Zappe so his trade value goes up. Lol

Coaches in their 70s? Like who?

HCs in 70s combined record: 83-90-3 (.473)

(73) Romeo Crennel: 4-8 (no playoffs)
(72) George Halas: 21-18-3 (no playoffs)
(72) Marv Levy: 26-22 (playoffs: 1-2)
(72) Pete Carroll: 22-24 (playoffs: 0-1)
(71) Bill Belichick: 10-18 (no playoffs)

There's only a handful of HCs that coached into their 70s. Their record is sub .500 with three playoff appearances in a combined 12 seasons. Only Crennel has a worse W% than Belichick and he was an interim HC.

There's a ton of HCs that retired at 69, for obvious reasons. It's a fantasy to believe that Belichick will lead this team, through rebuild 2.0, to be a contender. Lol

Note to Kraft: Stop ****ing around and find a 40-something HC!

If Zappe isn't terrible on Sunday it would be the first time he's been such in well over a calendar year.

With that said... if I'm wrong and he's really an NFL caliber QB then I expect he'll take advantage of the matchup on Sunday. The Chargers defense is the worst in the league. No more excuses. If he sucks then he can go take a seat beside his buddy Mac.
If you're wrong, you'll wear a t-shirt that says: Triumph is my Daddy, take a pic and post it on the forum. Lol

Jones is completely irrelevant as he is no longer the starting QB of this team.

If Zappe is as good as the fanboys insist we think he is then he will dominate a team like the Chargers. The team will win because of him not him being along for the ride. Full stop no excuses.
Zappe isn't going to dominate any team. It takes time, lots of reps and live action to develop chemistry with your receivers. As we later learned, it turned out that Mac took the majority of the reps last week, not the 50/50 bs we heard. I expect miscommunications on routes between Zappe and the receivers. Hell, we saw it with Mac and he was taking 100% of the reps w/ the 1st team.

I just hope BoB let's him fling the ball instead of all these screens. He played under an Air Assault scheme in college, so let it rip.

Not promising news for the Zappe fanboys. Pats will just have to play the string out with no QB and flush these turds away after the season ends.

I threw 19-0 out there because it was the Giants lol. Dunno if I’ll change this one. They’re gonna pick on Jackson. Herbert is due for one against us. The offense stinks. Our best receiver by far is not playing.

Yeah Chargers can’t defend the pass at all so there’s no reason why Zappe can’t roll. No excuses.

Just like I told you Zappe was better than Mac, I'm telling you Zappe is better than Cunningham... you've already been wrong once.
Was I though? Nah I don’t think so. So let’s see some proof today.
You Cunningham guys are being ridiculous.
He has been elevated so I guess Bb is ridiculous.

If practice is closed to the media... according to whom?
Callahan literally said his performance in practice mirrored the previous weeks when he was outplayed by Jones. Ask him. shrug

You are clearly a fan of tanking and said exactly that in your post.

You may have overlooked the examples of teams that got the best picks but picked lesser players than the teams behind them. There are oodles and oodles of those in every draft.

Plain and simple. Tanking makes a team a cheater and a loser.

Except tanking doesn’t exist at a coach or player level, only at the owner and GM level can tank. There isn’t player out there who is going to go out and deliberately play poorly to help their franchise get a higher pick, especially since by doing so you maximize the likelihood that you will be one of those replaced by that franchise for playing poorly. Players may not play hard for other reasons. Hungover, tired, unmotivated, or just have a bad attitude, period. But players don’t go out and play bad to help the franchise, as every bit of bad tape either costs them their job, or money. And pretty much the same can be said for coaches and assistants, who once again, maximize the likelihood they will be fired, and bad tape by their units make them look bad, and cost them money.

The owner and people in the front office can tank, as long as there is agreement they won’t pay a price for that losing. The Colts actually did “ suck for Luck,” but it was Pollian who did it by deliberately passing on waived players that he didn’t bother to bring in, and I absolutely believe Steven Ross tried to pay Flores off to lose games, but Flores refused. But they can only get away with this because the players aren’t involved, because if players knew their team was trying to lose there would be all sorts of trouble for that franchise. Miami got away with because Goodell is a scumbag, but Flores still created a huge problem for Ross when he told the media what Ross was asking him to do.

How would he know?

I do not want to win.

The time to change QBs was 5 games ago. Thats what a HC with his job on the line would have done. IF this draft really is loaded with NFL caliber QBs ( About 2 people really know and the remaining majority just blow sunshine up you know what how great these QBs are) then the Pats should do everything possible to be picking first.

Play Corky Thumbsucker.

I already bought him new clown shoes off Amazon.

I cant afford to dress him up for work.

You get paid in week 5 when the smurf takes over the league. Week 5 is where it’s at and it’s here, Great call.
