Sounds like bull$hi#. Who are you, Mike Tomlin? All he did was sit out practice. I'll believe it when he's officially ruled OUT.
Wait! The still have Anthony Smith. Do they really need anyone else?

A Steeler fan in my office told me he had gotten treatment outside of the Steeler complex and, evidently, picked up an infection in his knee?
Sounds eerily similar to the Bettis situation before the 2001 AFC Divisional Playoff game versus Baltimore.
All team must give injury reports every Friday. You don't have to know Tomlin to read the paper. Someone rolled up on his knee in practice Wednesday. It swelled up and he has not practiced for the past 2 days.
I try to throw you a bone and you call bull****. Nice
no offense, but why would you claim this statement to be BS
after all, the poster has nothing to gain. We are not the coaching staff. We are not going to gameplan differently because of this post.
in fact, if Troy does play, then it would make the poster look bad.
Having read that, now I agree that Polamalu will not play. Of course he still could, but missing Friday practice is much more often than not a good indicator that the player is not ready.http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/07341/839989-66.stm?cmpid=steelers.xml
"Safety Troy Polamalu, who developed swelling in his injured knee when a teammate rolled into him during Wednesday's practice, did not practice today (Friday) and likely will not play in Sunday's game against the New England Patriots.
Polamalu was given a run test this morning (Friday) to determine if he would be able to practice, but there was no change in his condition and it appears he will be unable to play against the Patriots."
Because this poster is stating supposition as fact in his thread title. He BELIEVES Troy won't play. He doesn't know it.
That's a big loss for the Steelers. I assume Holmes will play then. He is the biggest factor for you offense because he can stretch the field with his speed.
