I did not see Brady "Dinking and dunking" in SB 38, 49, 51, or 52. Those ones especially stand out.

No QB can "Dink and dunk" to 6 SB wins.

You weren't around for the Brady doesn't have Mannings arm years.

I didn't make it up. That used to be what they said about Brady.

"King of the 5 yard pass"

Love all you QB "experts" mocking Lawrence...let me ask you genii...who the eff would you have taken in the draft? Brock Purdy? A game win like THIS early in a QB's career after such a horrific first half will only propel this kid's career and give him a confidence boost that will display itself in 2023. Lawrence has arrived...but yeah, go back to pimping Lamary Jackson like the pre-pubescent pinheads you are...
Lawrence threw 4 early interceptions and was the main reason they were down 27-0. With a half decent team and coach, it should have been game over. I give most of the credit for the loss to the Chargers.

If Lawrence beats a real time with a proven QB, KC, then I say Lawrence deserves his accolades.

I can’t understand how Herbert took the 20th ranked defense of the Chargers to the playoffs, yet when they lose in the first round despite giving up 31 points after kicking the stuffing out of the Jags the entire game how someone can point the finger at the QB and say “it’s his fault.” The stupidity of that is beyond description… but it happens.
Herbert had opportunities to make some cluth plays and made none.

What a fun game. I'd take both those QBs over our own without a second thought.

Bright future for both.

Red Sox down 0-3 against the Yankees in the AL Championship Series.
Crazy to think that was almost 20 years ago when baseball was bigger than football in New England.

Ya the coach getting dragged like Herbert didn’t **** the bed but whatever the media gotta follow the narrative

it's his 2nd season and his FIRST playoff game...he didn't LOSE IT he won it..a playoff game...down by double digits and throwing multiple mistakes...THAT carries forward like Rivers years of LOSING carried forward...or any gd'ed Jete moron picked in the 1st round the past ten years...of course, sounds you are one of those closet Lamary sycophants right?

Not for Herbert unless they get a real coach in the building.

He didn't play great today. But he wasn't terrible.

They can never seem to get coaching right.

Reid>>>>Staley, McDaniels, and the coaches Denver have hired.

Payton would change alot.

I didn't see Ross's post but I do not put that on Herbert. 300 yards, no INTs. Played as well as he could have.
100% agree. He played well and did everything that he was asked to do, definitely wouldn't put this on him.

I am the happiest I ever been as a jags fan. To go from first overall pick two years in a row to this?!

Almost makes you wonder if there might be some connection there...

Tonight just another example why the NFL is the best league/sport in the USA.
Because it's so inclusive even clinical morons can get hired as a coach?

Lawrence threw 4 early interceptions and was the main reason they were down 27-0.

But how many of those picks were legit, clean picks?

Jags will be totally outclassed in that one. Incredible comeback win tonight though.
Probably. T law probably not on mahomes level yet. May never be. I’d say KC is just a better team with better players but honestly mahomes is so good that he may be the gap between the 2 teams.

Each year KC has a horseshoe up their wazoo.
How? They lost to the pats in an ot game that they didn’t touch the ball.

Won a s bowl

Got pummeled in an s bowl

Won a game they easily could’ve lost if bozo bills did squib. Got ball first in OT took advantage and won.

if not for Brady mahomes might have 3 rings

Really, the only dumber display of defense I can recall is how defenses across the league would play against the the 2017-18 Rams offense. They would play Nickel & just naively line up in a 4 man D-line. Which was laughable...because anyone who watched that Rams team knew that Cooper Kupp and the TE would always double team the DE on run plays & this would create a 5-on-3 mismatch for the rest of the Rams O-line vs vs the remaining D-line. It, laughably, took defenses 2 seasons to simply figure out that you cannot use a 4-man D-line against the Rams.

This is who Trevor Lawrence is to me. He is not hard to figure out. Just take away what he does best. Don't play soft coverage. That's all. He has no change-up. He has no other card up he sleeve. He is a one-trick pony. We know this now. We've now seen how he reacts to press coverage taking away his short passes. i.e. there is no reaction...he's just going to keep doing the same thing. Just don't chicken out like the Chargers did.

Trevor’s first two picks were not on him. Second two just bad decisions on him no doubt about it. Young QB still, first playoff start.

Chargers also still played some tight coverage in second half; difference being:

1. Oline finally gave Trevor time to let deep routes develop and make reads until receivers get open
2. Some his throws were still against tight coverage in the second half; his final TD for example.

Watching his develop more with Pederson will be fun. And he’s not a one trick pony. Anyone watching this whole year knows that. He needs to calm down sometimes which his why he still makes young, dumb mistakes. But he can make a huge variety of throws.
