It's not like the Packers have been winning a ton, or up a lot in the 4th Q this year. They're 8-8.
That’s a good point.

Whatever you want to attribute it too, there's no question that Rodgers is one of the least clutch elite quarterbacks of all-time.This is a bit skewed because if a team is up big in the 4th there’s less of a chance that the QB throws much.

Rodgers owes Davante Adams one of his MVPs. Without him, his stats would have taken a big hit.Oh his record while down in the 2nd half speaks for itself.

Those 2 MVP seasons, Davanta averaged 1400 yards and 14.5 TDs. This year from a QB who got benched he's on pace to do better with 1500 yards and 15TDs. So he has shown that he was making the QB look better instead of the other way around.
Fascinating how different it is with Mahomes and Hill in that both players there haven’t lost a beat.
don’t the Raiders have cap space to help the defense?reviewjournal.com/sports/raiders/raiders-top-priority-sign-tom-brady-to-replace-derek-carr-2705903/
Tgat double TE look with Waller/Gronk with Adams/Renfrow out wide and Jacobs is gonna be high powered. Unless leftwhich shows up

that group would maybe average 20 ppg with Leftwich calling the plays
Manning also had a decent amount of 4th quarter comebacks. Rodgers isn't even close and what comebacks he does have are almost exclusively against losing teams. The media has invested a lot of time and effort into hyping Rodgers as one of the all-time absolute great among greats, despite him clearly not belonging at the level they claim. They're not going to stop now. We saw the same thing with Manning, who at least was the better QB of the two.
To be fair Rodgers played well in 1 SB. Manning 0.Manning got to 4 super bowls. Rodgers 1. Enough said.
Manning is a better QB but a worse person. Rodgers is mostly just weird. To be fair Rodgers played well in 1 SB. Manning 0.
Bill thought he was wrong about Stidham but he turned out to be right? Sounds like the opposite of his Brady blunder, where he was incredibly wrong and thought he was right.Tom Brady? Jimmy Garoppolo? Jarrett Stidham? Looking at the Raiders' 2023 QB options
With the Derek Carr era seemingly ending, the Raiders have several ways they can go to replace their all-time leading passer.www.espn.com
Brady might be interviewing for the Raiders job against Stidham. Fascinating that he was ranked 2nd as a duel threat from his draft class.
It will be interesting to see how Stidham does this week. Having a guy like Davante Adams helps as Rodgers now know first hand.
Is Stidham the one who got away? It would be ironic if the Pats first stab at finding their long term QB post Brady was right all along.
Bowles says Carlton Davis, Logan Ryan, Donovan Smith and Carl Nassib have been ruled out for Sunday at Falcons.
Bucs actually run less on first down than they did last year, but their production there has dropped off badly.
2021: 251 1st-down runs (16th most), 4.4 avg (8th-best), gaining 1st down/TD 14.3% (14th)
2022: 214 1st-down runs (28th most), 3.5 avg (last), 1st downs/TD 7.5% (last)
Just for perspective, Bucs are also down in productivity on first-down passing, compared to last year:
2021: 291 passes (t-2nd), 7.1 yards/pass (5th-best), 33 percent gaining first downs/TDs (5th-best)
2022: 282 passes (1st), 6.2 yards/pass (17th-best), 28 percent 1st/TD (17th)
With only two healthy OLBs again (Tryon-Shoyinka and Nelson), those guys will play a lot for Bucs on Sunday. Bowles said they'll elevate one of the three practice squad OLBs - that's either Charles Snowden, Ifeadi Odenigbo or Hamilcar Rashed. Also maybe elevating T Justin Skule.
Brady needs to go somewhere where it’s worth watching. I don’t know if that’s the Raiders.
