When facts aren't on someone's side, they resort to playing make believe because when you play make believe you can say anything you want.

"If Peyton Manning played here, he would have 6 Super Bowl titles." This is a ridiculous statement but there's no way to prove it is incorrect. So, like I said, it is what people fall back on when facts just don't support their thesis.

It does impact fans (and players by what we're hearing) if the money results in ineffective coaching. One of my wife's sayings is "you get what you pay for" and in this case Bill paid nothing and we got what he paid for.

Bob paying BB $20m is irrelevant because he is paying to dollar for a top head coach. Hes doing the best he can to procure top talent.

Now, if Bob made it a policy to be a cheapskate and pay head coaches the lowest in the game and miss out on top coaches then it is our proverbial business.

thats a possibility...MAC10 seems to be living in a different dimension where he has seen events play out with different surroundings...Unfortunately cant be proven

Disagree that he's a once in a lifetime player. There are plenty of elite QBs who could have won with Bill.

Nah I don't think there are many if any at all other than Brady.

There's only one QB who was not only elite but was very coachable and until the end always took very team friendly deals to allow the Patriots to collect talent on both sides of the ball and gave them lots of margin of error when mistakes were made.... I doubt someone like Manning would be able to handle being coached by BB. Brady could.
