Official 2022 Tompa Bay Gronkaneers Thread

Tom calling out team for lack of effort. I found it shocking that Fournette smiled like it was really funny after dropping another pass, as though he’s playing like some superstar and rather than the reality that he’s looking more like a washed up scrub who can replaced in an instant given his lack of production. Then this week there’s a report that he’s unhappy with his lack of carries. 3.3 ypc.

Yeah not a good look. Doesn't help that the rookie looks much better when he plays than Fournette. He got paid so maybe a lot of complacency from him

As soon as the rookie is decent in protections he'll be in there or he should at least. Let Lenny stew a little bit and use him to close out games to get stats. They keep trying to setup the pass with the run when it should be the other way around.

Brady's comeback win happens all the time, under that scenario.

You might get your wishes next year. A reunion is not out of the question in my opinion.

Bill and Brady have been glowing at each other recently and apparently Brady’s son Jack is going to school in western mass next year and Brady is rumored to be looking to buy a house in the region.

I am still convinced that one of the driving factor for him leaving was Gisele. Now that he is single again, I wouldn’t rule out a come back

Lmao

He’s been good in protection training camp

That was our boy Mac 10s biggest argument against TBs clutchness lol.
Yea, post was meant for Pork's consumption. We need to throw him some scraps since he's got this thread on alert. Poor fella.

Bucs will fly to Munich on Thursday evening after their practice, getting settled and practicing Friday in Germany ahead of Sunday's game.

Considering his play has been a disgrace this season, Fournette probably should STFU. More carries? That takes a lot of balls for a guy who's averaging 3.3 yards per attempt and 1.5 yards after contact (which is 35th in the NFL). Literally the worst running game in the history of the NFL. 60.7 Y/G... only one other team is below 86.7 Y/G this season... they're 26.0 Y/G lower than the 30th ranked team. Embarrassing.

Gage still not practicing and they forced him out there basically waste weeks of him coming back healthy it’s a clown show down there

Anything new on Jensen? I’ve seen some conflicting reports throughout the year. Some saying he’s done for the season and some saying the team was hoping he’d be back for them by November. He’d go a long, LONG way toward making that offense elite again.

You can't change a leopard's spots. Tom learned that with AB and now he's learning it with Fournette.

Once a team establishes a 2009 Patriots mindset even a great coach like BB struggles to correct it mid-season. Maybe someone like Jensen returning could help tip the scales. Jensen + Gronk (not gonna happen) would do it for the offense. Too bad James White had to retire. Traded to the Bucs he could have been a difference maker in skillset and attitude.

Do you have the quote from Brady? Would love to read what he said.

“There’s definitely some things we do well; there’s a lot of things we don’t do well,” Brady said. “I think too much of good, bad, good, bad, good, bad, leaves you average. And no one’s trying to be average. If you want to be a great team, you gotta be way better than average. So correcting our mistakes, improving our effort — which, that’s probably the most embarrassing part of our team is our effort level on gameday, and that’s something we better fix.”
