I think we all saw this coming the moment he was first seen lurking around One Patriot Place...

Dude sucked last time here was here... Billy's ass-uming that he's drunk from the same fountain Cannon (for now) seems to have done... Not egg-zactly the in-depth scouting report I would've demanded, but whatever I guess...

This is a ****ing parody at this point... But sadly the joke will be on us soon enough...

Being on the east coast, I hate it for the opposite reason. The game won't end until close to midnight, and I have to get up at 5 the next morning to go to work.
Sounds like both of y'all should move to the midwest-problem solved.
On 2nd thought, living in the ugly inland sections of the country as opposed to either coast- no thanks

If they know everyone will be happy we are wearing silver.. why do they insist on wearing blue.

What kind of moron opts for full time color rush..

Yeah, it's a terrible choice. Not sure who made it, if it was done with others' input, or what the deal was ... but they're putrid as a full-time uniform.

Want a better uniform? Here you go - someone from Reddit did a better job than the paid professionals working for the Patriots.

I personally prefer the bottom row with the white helmets in lieu of silver, but either one is leaps-and-bounds better than what we currently have. Also - if going with the white helmets, I'd probably rock a white facemask, too (like the throwbacks) - I think that works better than red. I'd also be curious to see a concept with a navy helmet (with various facemask colors) to see how that would look, but would likely lean towards white if I had to guess which I'd prefer.

The only other options not reflected here would be to change from Flying Elvis to Pat Patriot, but keep navy as the primary color instead of red.

Unfortunately, I think teams can only change their uniform once every 5 years, so - barring an exception / change in rule - I think we're stuck with these through (at least) the 2024/25 season. Ugh.

I'm guessing they are going for some more bulk and depth from their LB corps, given the Bears are averaging over 5ypc this season rushing the ball. Also added depth to ST's. Never the smartest or most instinctual LB on the team. If you could have put Donte Hightower's brain into Jamie Collins' head would have had Micah Parsons before Micah Parsons. He was THAT good an athlete when he first got into the league.

I have NO idea what he has left. Just that he knows the language and system well. We shall see.

I think the Pats can elevate only two practice squad players each week. So if the other elevation isn't Garrett Gilbert, we know Mac is starting.
Wasn't Mac on the sidelines in CLE or was he inactive? Can't recall.

I don’t like Monday night games . Living on the west coast, I get home from work between 5.30 and 6 so will definitely miss kick off and maybe most of quarter 1 !!
I don't like it when they start at 4pm, let alone 8:30. Selfishly I don't want to be writing **** at 4am in the morning.

I'd be inclined to believe Zolak in the absence of other reporting, but didn't we get a report on Friday night / Saturday morning that Jones is expected to start barring a setback?

Maybe they're internally reevaluating that decision.
Unlike Volin, I'm betting Zolak HAS a few sources in the building at Foxboro.

Whether he is starting or not. They will never announce it. That isn't their style. Whether there is a competitive advantage or not, Belichick thinks there is one.

I fully expect Marcus Cannon to start at RT based on Wynn's social media temper tantrum, but the Pats haven't announced that either. Nor has it been leaked that this is the change.

Mac and Zappe may know who is starting. But I doubt either would leak it just like last week.
If I was Mac and wasn't Starting I would leak it. I mean what's the incentive for not saying anything?? I am sure Chicago prepared for Zappe he's been playing.

Interesting that he says "Mac has not gone through a full practice." "The exact QB plan for this game remains to be seen."

So maybe they have both of them active and rotate them depending on how things are going? Can't wait to see what Bill has under his sleeve.

So the tweet a day from the mouthy D-lineman about how they know Mac Jones' kryptonite was all misdirection? Sassy.

IF Zappe starts and win again Tonight I think the Team rolls with the hot hand going forward. Only a Zappe injury gets Mac his job back imo.
