Mac Jones Injury Video [UPDATE - X-Rays were negative]

He deserves it. Plain and simple. When BB retires or is removed or all you horrible posters die from old age, this place will return to an acceptable state and that forum will no longer be necessary. It's a myth that the posters in that forum stir this place up. It's people like you who respond to the posts. Mac Jones has been HORRIBLE this year and yesterday his diving and leg explosion weren't fun to watch. You either accept that or turn every post (and there have been alot) discussing it into a Tom Brady post.

Yeah and Brady is playing like an MVP this year…

Have we gotten to the bottom of whether Mac crying because of an injury makes him gay? This is some riveting discussion.

Marcus Thompson II of TheAthletic.com reports that Carr currently has a “fractured relationship” with his teammates. The reportedly fractured relationship between Carr and his teammates is rooted in a loss of confidence in the quarterback, as exacerbated by game film from the London contest against the Seahawks that “showed what looked like him crying after being sacked and injuring his arm.”

In your case this has plenty to do with Tom Brady and you know it. Go back to your Bucs ghetto, the anti-Mac/anti-BB/anti-Patriots B.S. has made you and your fellow weasels persona non grata. The kid gets hurt and you can't contain yourself. Pathetic.

People giving Mac a lot crap for his reaction. Don't forget he got crushed last week and kept playing. He didn't come out when he got crushed by two defenders. And just because there are no broken bones, it doesn't mean there isn't significant ligament damage.

Yes, his reaction seems extreme for a sprained ankle, but a bad sprain can be extremely painful. I had a sprained ankle once that I was convinced I tore my Achilles. I was up and running in a week.

Can we please root for our quarterback to be ok?
It feels like some people are hoping for him to be hurt just to justify his reaction to the pain.
Personally, I’d much rather see him have a shot to turn his season around. And see us have a better chance to win games during the middle of the season rather than play with Hoyer.

Unfortunately, there are people here who have been rooting for him to fail since he was drafted whether they were doing it consciously or subconsciously (by very apparent to most). So a day last yesterday is like their Super Bowl. Mac made a lot of extremely bad decisions and, at least in their mind, he showed he is weak when it comes to injuries.

The Ravens were probably laughing at his reaction considering how much he was running his mouth at them between plays. If you’re going to fire 3 INTs in a game against the worst pass D in the NFL, you should probably shut the **** up between plays.

And then he walked to the locker room without sobbing and wailing
I tore my ACL and MCL skiing Zermatt 30 years ago.

I tore ligaments in my ankle last March.

You can't compare the two.

I blacked out with my ankle, laid on the ground moaning in pain trying to get my eyesight back. The pain was so bad that well, I did not cry, but tears were coming from my eyes. I totally understand Mac's agony. I dealt with it by lying down and basically rocking myself back and forth. The pain was excruciating.

When I tore me ACL, I skiied down the hill, because no one was coming to get me.

If they were, I'm going to say they should watch what happens to Lamar in the future, because that was a cheap shot from Campbell. If you're laughing at an injury caused by a dirty hit, watch your back.

Logan Mankins played an entire season with a torn ACL. Hell, many non-athletes who tear their ACL don't even have the surgery and just lives the rest of their lives with a torn ACL.

Never torn my ACL or had anything worse to my knees than a PCL strain that didn't hurt although my knee bent backwards and lost stability. But I can tell you having a bad ankle sprain was really painful. Probably the worst sports injury I ever had in terms of pain and I broke and dislocated a couple of fingers back in my high school football days.

Yup.

That's nothing new between them it didn't start this game.

I have a lot of issues with Mac yesterday but his face after getting injured isn't one of them. To be fair to Mac he always looks like a doofus so what is the difference anyways.

The dreaded high ankle sprain. If he was a WR, it could be a season ender. But he is unlikely to play for at least a while.

That's what I predicted it was. How long he's out depends on severity. Hopefully good news when he gets the MRI.

It's amazing to me that some are criticizing his raw, emotional reaction to pain.

Bunch of internet tough guys on this board....

Let's see if they don't make a face or scream in pain when a 300lb man lands on their ankle so it contorts in an unnatural position.

Haven't seen it mentioned, but nothing will ever will compare to Gronk's screaming after the knee injury in Denver.

When I was in college I worked at a fancy steakhouse in Tampa that a lot of the Bucs players and visiting teams would eat at. You watch these guys on TV and you realize they're big guys but it is a whole different story in person. Every time I saw one of them come in the restaurant I just couldn't imagine having one of those guys running full speed and slamming into me and me living to talk about it.

Everyone is different but there is a level of toughness and tolerance of pain these players have that 99.9% of us cannot comprehend.

And the GOAT Tom Brady will be in the NFC Championship Game Book it can't say that for this BB lead Patriots Team.
