Watson WAS charged with a crime, several in fact. He just wasn't indicted. This sorry and tired defense of Watson is getting old....like me.

So Watson is innocent of any crimes. You might be tired of the "defense", but that is what makes our system great. There is nothing "sorry" about innocent until proven guilty. Watson is innocent of any crimes as he was never indicted.

Both paid for sex.
No. Kraft paid a sex worker for consensual sexual favors. Watson paid for a massage and then on multiple occasions sexually assaulted the masseuse.

If you can't see a difference between those two actions, then you are completely clueless.

Since we are using that logic, which is perfectly fine by me, then you must agree that Bob Kraft is also innocent of any crimes. He was never found/proven guilty in a court of law and your logic applies to him too.

Innocent until proven guilty is really important when it comes to actual law. As much as I think Watson is guilty and a POS, I would NEVER want him to go to jail based on a court of public opinion (side note: I'm getting major Deja Vu writing this right now, so if we've actually had this discussion before, please forgive me).

But I can also acknowledge that there's a LOT of smoke around this situation, and I don't blame anyone (and actually agree with them) who would rather this guy not be rewarded with $230m while people shrug and say, "Yeah but no charges though..."

It is not my logic. It is our legal system. And yes, Bob Kraft is innocent of any crime, and a finalist for the Hall of Fame

I had over 20 friends tell we that there was Russian collusion because "there is no smoke without a fire". I said, "Let's wait and see". Your "LOT of smoke" means nothing. If our society awards him with a $230M contract that is dependent on our system. I personally hate it, but not because there is a lot of smoke.

You're preaching to the choir, my friend. There just happens to be a member in here who thinks that Kraft having been charged with a crime, while Watson wasn't, has some sort of monumental significance regarding their respective guilt (or lack thereof).

I am not a lawyer, but I do not think Watson was ever "charged".

Correct, but Bob Kraft was. I have edited my post to clarify my meaning and apologize for the confusion.

Homer

Watson has been accused and 2 grand juries did not recommend charges.

However, Kraft, who is worth an estimated $6.6 billion, was not in custody, but an arrest warrant will be issued for him charging him with two counts of soliciting. Kraft is accused of soliciting prostitution at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, where an investigation had found women were being held there in “sexual servitude.”

Some of the women at Orchids were human trafficked to work as sex slaves. Kraft took advantage of these women. Only a moron would go to bat for Kraft but youre on deck again.

Neither man was found guilty of a crime. If you want to obsessively talk about the law, that's fine by me because both men are 100% not guilty. Being charged with a crime doesn't mean jack squat in terms of establishing guilt.

That it not homerism. That is 100% fact, and not in dispute.

The moron who is going to bat for DeShaun Watson is throwing stones at others.....

Correct

Watson was never charged with a crime. This is a he said vs she said to the power of 40. There are only allegations and no concrete evidence to levy more punishment by the NFL. I can see the NFLPA and Watson agreeing to a 3 - 4 game suspension for giving the NFL another black eye.

If the NFL tries to suspend Watson for another season all hell will break loose with claims of racism. The NFL wants no part of that in this volitale climate. Notice how the Brian Flores issue has more or less gone away and its NFL business as usual.

Because the evidence nailing Bob Kraft was thrown out.

The NFL could only stand by and watch.

Your usage of the phrase "suspend Watson for another season" implies he was already suspended. Watson has not been suspended by the NFL as of yet.

Also, the Brian Flores issue has most certainly NOT "gone away". We are currently awaiting a judicial ruling on whether or not his claims will go to arbitration. Both sides are in the process of making their respective arguments to that end.

Yes he has.

The Texans suspended Watson last season with big brother NFL watching from afar.

Claims against a racist NFL have disappeared while the NFL makes the matter go away..

No they didn't. You are demonstrating your phenomenal ignorance (again).

Whuh huh whuh....? How much are people supposed to talk about the Flores case between court filings requesting arbitration, the plaintiff response, and the court ruling on that issue?

Those motions are a process that takes months and months to resolve. Flores isn't going to dominate the headlines every single day during the time period when nothing is happening, but rest assured no one has forgotten about his lawsuit.

Bills we’re:

- 4th in the NFL in rushing 1st downs
- 6th in the NFL in rushing yards
- 5th in the NFL in rush yards per play

How much better do they need to be than that?

Take the QB numbers out of it, and look again.
