The irony with Mayo is Ben McAdoo is supposedly the assistant and Slater is in some role similar. I believe the collaboration was "forced " upon Mayo. Callahan mentioned about OC candi were feeling that mayo was arrogant during interviews. In most Organizations the HC has the say. The GM focuses on the roster and controls the cap. I don't think we have to hope for it to end badly the next few games. It's happening organically.

Yeah I really wanted BB the GM Gone! but miss BB the X's and O's HC. That's a Catastrophic Drop off like going from the Penthouse to the Outhouse. Mayo is a hands-off HC who doesn't have the accolades to Be that.

Perfectly said! we lost a football historical figure a person who knew every ounce of football. At the very least I was optimistic becuase I felt mayo would carry over alot of bills teachings.. boy was I wrong...
