Everyone don't forget... Many 'experts' had Ryan Leaf as the number 1 overall prospect and they all had him as top 10.
Hard to account for meathead.

Jeff George too.

This is why I laugh when people talk about strong arms.

Two strongest arms ever were Jeff George and Jamarcus Russell. Good luck.

1) I just don’t understand how crying and griping like make you feel better. How does that work? You are happy being miserable?
2) They are.
3) Dude you made me spit my crown royal all over my phone.
Why not, since really you have no honest clue about these players look for the positive? Because people who can’t make a living in the NFL have a negative opinion about a player the patriots organization likes you freak out. How many of those guys are right more than the guy with the most rings?

@Ring 6, as someone who has wasted hours of my life attempting emotional intelligence counsel through internet sports boards, I strongly advise you to give it up here.

Bill lost the benefit of the doubt in my opinion when drafting wide receivers when he drafted nkeal harry, Aaron Dobson, chad Jackson, bethel Johnson, Taylor price and Brandon Tate. That string of top 3 round busts is hard to top. I truly hope Thornton turns into randy moss. But the benefit of the doubt is not there, at least not from me.

And spare me with Malcom Mitchell and Edelman. Mitchell fell to where he was because of the degenerative knee (and had only one half a season of doing anything). Edelman was an A+++ pick but he was playing cover his rookie year so I don’t know if they had an idea what he was when they drafted him
So don't bother to see what the kid can do and post 10 times about what a lousy pick he is?

Again, I'm good with venting, but I sort of see why things unfolded the way they did for you last night. Let's try and sit tight and see what happens with the next two picks. And if Mac is throwing touchdowns to this kid, who could very well be an unbelievable #3 or #4 receiver in his first year, I'm pretty sure we might end up being fairly happy. Sony Michel was overdrafted but he was productive. If Thornton can come close to that, I'm good.

Did he lose the benefit of the doubt with you by winning 6 SBs?
Would you rather live the picks and lose or win SBs and dog to find something to complain about?

1. I guess talking about things that bother me makes me feel better. I thought that was a normal thing for people. I don’t know. I suggest people try this. It works for me
2. Maybe . I hope so
3.I believe in value. And will always admit when I am wrong. I really hope I am wrong about these two picks .

You think bill has been good at drafting receivers in the 2nd/3rd round ?

There’s a difference between coaching and drafting, no?

Jeff George could actually play some. He was just such an ******* no team could stand him for long.

You're allowed to vent. But I'd suggest trying to at least watch some highlight videos of the kid to maybe change your mind a little bit. He might end up surprising all of us.

BB will be trading up for Harris. LB from Alabama on the board...seems too perfect.

I cannot speak positive about something I feel negative about. That’s not who I am. You run this website. If you only want people who will say positive things about the patriots, please let me know and I will bow out of here.

What happened last night is I was banned from posting on a chat for giving my opinion, which happened to be negative. I didn’t insult anyone. That’s sad . If that’s what this site is then fine

Ha, Moss was much bigger than this bean pole.

6'4" 210 lbs. 40 yard dash time: 4.25 seconds
Moss was 6'4" 194lbs at the combine. To match BMI, Thornton has to gain like 7 or 8lbs. He's nowhere near as skinny as Davonta Smith.

4.25 was a hand time. Need to add very minimum .1 to that - more like .16s on average.

1) Talking and losing your **** are 2 different things. Yesterday you resigned as a patriot fan over the 29th pick in one draft, and you knew absolutely nothing about the guy.
2) track record
3) how do you always admit when you are wrong when you complain ably what you predict will happen?
