Joe Judge clashed with receivers in 2019....

I bet the WR Curran referred to was Edelman
100% agree. Paradoxically, I'm reminded of Bill talking about how challenging it was the last half of Tom's career to come up with new things to discuss with him during their Tuesday meetings because Brady was already so advanced in the offense.

We all agree that Jules was a fanatic at his craft: a driven perfectionist who would do anything and everything to get better. Now pair him with a WR coach who doesn't know much about anything and can't help him improve and you can see how it would drive him nuts. The great ones always want to be pushed and Judge was unqualified to do that

Then Bill Belichick is a clown.

Belichick has a lot of faith in him
So what? Belichick has nothing to do with the fact that Judge is still a clown

We can't just blindly have faith in every single coach because Belichick thinks highly of them.

I trust BB and the way he runs a team but I am not a fan of the Judge hiring.

Hopefully I turn out to be the clown and Judge proves me wrong

I'd happily wear those clown shoes

Oh yeah, and for those saying Judge's coaching acumen is going to be a problem, maybe take note how the special teams degraded here after his departure... much like the O-Line without Scar.
Take note that the Giants offense ranked 31st in points and yards for both of Judge's seasons. He also ruined Daniel Jones after he'd had a promising rookie season.

Which alternate universe did this take place in?

Daniel Jones 2019
12 GS
24 TD (5.2% TD%)
12 INT (2.6% INT%)
232.8 Y/G
Rushing: 6.2 Y/A for 279 and 2 TD

Mac Jones 2021
17 GS
22 TD (4.2% TD%)
13 INT (2.5% INT%)
223.6 Y/G
Rushing: 2.9 Y/A for 129 and 0 TD

Daniel had more TDs, a higher TD%, more Y/G, and fewer INTs (with a similar INT%). And he's a much better running QB.

Daniel Jones had a promising rookie season... in 25 GS over 2 seasons with Judge as his HC he couldn't even match his TD total of his rookie season. 22 TDs in 25 games. With Judge as the HC the Giants had the worst offense in the NFL.

Obviously Edelman. Curran and Edelman are close, Curran wrote Edelman’s biography.

The Giants players said Judge spent more time with the offence and they were absolutely horrible. Cause for concern.

Source for your Giants nonsense? The QB was was/is a mess on his own. No suitable backup QB. Inconsistent OL play. And oft injured WRs. All because the owner let the GM fiddle while the swampland of NJ burned for Mara felt bad for the cancer victim, Gettleman. Judge a good HC? No. But don’t give us your addle brained pile on ****e.

Eat sh*t. It was on the radio today that Peppers said Judge worked more with the offence. You don’t need to be a prick with your “addle brained..” comment just cause you don’t like or agree with someone.

I can't even begin to understand what you're writing here.

Belichick relies on clowns.

That makes Belichick a clown

Yep, heard that from Peppers too.

I'd like to hear why you compare him to Jeff Fisher?

If only one season was a sample size, also if there wasn’t an army of assistant coaches and coordinators who weren’t good head coaches but still managed to be some of the best coordinators in the league… good point… not.

BB is the winningest coach in history… solid analysis.

If I'm ranking all the reasons why the Patriots ever won anything then Joe Judge doesn't crack my top 100. Regarding his impact on Daniel Jones, I can only go with the facts... Daniel Jones had only one season, his rookie season, without Judge in his face. Daniel Jones was at least as good as Mac Jones in his rookie season... under Judge he got worse over the next two seasons, that's a fact. I have no reason to have any confidence in Judge working with Mac Jones and the Patriots offense. Likewise I don't want Patricia anywhere near Mac Jones either. That Belichick is putting these two flunkies in prominent roles is highly concerning.

Yum. The Gaints' problems over the last 4 years start with Gettleman. That's a fact. Your comment laid the blame for Giants offense solely on Judge. Please.

You should change your name to Clownamery. I never said every offensive problem was on Judge. I said that players said Judge worked more with the offence.
