Buffalo Radio Host Wonders if a ‘Lance Armstrong’ Situation Might Be Going on With Tom Brady
Ian Logue
Out in Buffalo, former Patriots quarterback Tom Brady made Buffalo Bills fans pretty miserable after dominating them for nearly his entire tenure with the New England. On Wednesday, local sports radio had some questionable things to say about the former Patriots signal-caller.

The post Buffalo Radio Host Wonders if a ‘Lance Armstrong’ Situation Might Be Going on With Tom Brady appeared first on PatsFans.com.

Here's the transcript. It was pretty crazy, and thanks to @upstater1 for pointing this out:

"I just want to say something about Tom Brady as a competitor," said White, who was on air with fellow host Sal Capaccio. "Because somebody Tweeted this to me and I thought, 'You know what? That is an interesting question to ask about him.'"

"First off, I Tweeted and pointed out, "Tom Brady retired, he got his week-long farewell tour. 'GOAT', 'you're the GOAT', 'we love you GOAT' - a week of this. He got a 10-part documentary on him. He gets endless praise. He walks away from the game - he says it's because of his family - which is an excuse to lie to everyone. To publicly lie about your intentions to create a loophole to go play for another team. All of that to play for another team. Lying about a retirement."

"Someone wrote to me and said, 'Are we really going to be surprised if it all comes out that he's been pulling a Lance Armstrong all along and doing God knows what to keep playing so long?' [He's got] unlimited resources and being smart and hard work is all that it is, but nothing is off the table with this guy."

"And I started thinking about that and thinking, 'You know? There's an awful lot of under the radar ... yeah, it's kind of fishy that this happened. And it's really kind of fishy that this happened. Oh, it's kind of weird that he was always underpaid with the Patriots. How could that be? Well, the Patriots had investments in his companies. Huh...I'm sure that's fine, right?"

"The story about Spygate. The first story about Spygate, there's a book that's been written about Spygate that, from a guy that used to work for the Patriots, who laid into all of the things that they did and how, in the helmets, where you could talk to the quarterback, they would keep that on the whole time. And he got every single thing he ever needed to know told to him through his helmet early in his career."

"And what happened to the Spygate proof? Well, that just all got destroyed by the NFL. Then there's the Deflategate scenario, right? Oh, Tom, we're going to need your cell phone. 'Oh, I destroy it every 6 months.'"

"Like, who are we kidding with this dude? I mean he'll do, Sal, I think it's fair to not even make an accusation about what he would do, but just to say, 'I think that dude would do anything to win and he has pushed and broken rules before.'"

Nah. Dude came closer to #8 than what most here acknowledge. If not for some absurd coaching sabotaging the comeback vs the Rams... Would you have bet against him beating Jimmy G and the Bungles?

It all came down to one last play, putting a ****ing safety on arguably the best receiver in the NFC and a prayer that the blitz gets home.

LOL... I'm glad it was verified because I heard this on the way to work. I literally turned it off. Haha. Didn't catch the radios in the helmets bit.

Yeah, those were some crazy accusations. The radio in the helmet bits never happened. I saw that and was like...what? I don't recall, nor did I find after I dug around again to make sure, anything about that. As Roger Clemens would say, "I think he misremembered" :)

Producer: We need a distraction to take focus away from the publicly funded stadium bill.
Host: Tom Brady. Everyone around here hates him

Yeah, the Rams fumblling 4 times a game losing all of them had nothing to do with Tampa not getting blownout. One fumble occured on the Tampa goal line, but it don't matter.

Brady is done winning rings.

The fumbles were Brady's doing. He's a one may team, can't be stopped

So they'd fit right in at 98.5, then?

Yeah, exactly. This is just another way that Buffalo is still catching up to Boston. Amateurs!

Eh..Those Buffalo guys were good sports when Christian Fauria called their show to troll them back in the day. Lol

How did Josh Allen improve so dramatically after sucking his first couple of years. It doesn't make any sense unless he's cheating. He's good friends with Peyton Manning and his wife and his forehead has seemingly expanded steadily as he's improved...coincidence?

sorry..they will NEVER catch up..it's BARFALO

Yes, good clarification. "Chasing the big brother they'll never catch" would have been better.

The curse of Brady and Buffalos revenge.

I predict it will be Tampa vs Buffalo in the 2022 Super Bowl and the Bills win.

If the Buffalo Bills do not win a Lombardi this season then they never will. Bradys last NFL game is a defeat. His age will show when he cant keep up with the young gunslinger Allen. Brady should have stepped away and rode off into the sunset after ring # 7. Now, its ovah.
I predict it won’t. Wanna bet?

He is everything.

Fashion designer and Model, Movie producer, Actor, Fitness guru.

And now NFL Head Coach and Assistant GM.

Bills will never escape Tom Brady. There has never been more ownage of one player over a single team ever. They can cry all they want but it doesn’t change the fact they lost many, many, many times to this man.

Just look at all the Garbage they’ve put on that field since Kelly retired. Besides Flutie who laid it all out there and then was unceremoniously benched for Rob Johnson and thats where it all started with the musical city miracle. 131 yards, six sacks And-fumbled 3 times. You could could argue easily that the miracle should not of made a difference with even sub par qb play. Needless to say they didnt make another playoff game for two decades. But then we got see Jp Losman and Ej Samuel light it up which was comedy gold. How could Brady not win against these bumbling clowns?

Or JP Loss Man if you prefer. Lol

Bledsoe got them close to the playoffs once. Needed to beat the Steelers second and third stringers to get in but couldn’t do it. I think that’s when they went with Loss Man and cut Bledsoe.

Fitzmagic was all right. Not a guy that can win a title but they won a bunch of games with him and even beat us once.
