OT: Official 2021 Tompa Bay Gronkaneers Thread

Seriously at this point Brady needs to come back. The NFC South is gonna be the worst division in football outside a Brady led Bucs.

Lmao he is a master at giving us tons of words without any real clue as to what he ultimately means.
I felt earlier today that he was most likely retiring, but now I'm not sure. He always said 45 was the goal and he's just one season away from doing it. The Bucs core is still there resign Godwin, Davis, Jensen draft a WR3 and go from there.

I think hes retiring and will take a consulting job with Tampa. He might come back next year to get his number retired but thats probably the extent of his relationship will be with the Patriots.

He has to come back. He's not going to turn his back on the game and the team that went all in for him leaving them in a bad spot. No way. He is also not trying to shoot his way out of town. That's not the Brady I know.

I say he tells his wife this season and that's it... he comes back and they have a great chance to win it all again. What better way to go out on top than winning it all like Elway did.

Bucs have a lot of holes to fill and that schedule is brutal. wonder if he waits to see what they do with the roster

If he read the main forum he wouldn’t even come to get his number retired
Boston fans are a weird bunch. I live in the bay area and Montana is a God here even when he left to Kansas City. Thats what I thought would be Brady status in New England but that's not the case. I still think the majority of them will definitely give him the love he deserves at least I hope

Just wanna talk AB real quick. How stupid is Arians and that team when Godwin went down you cuddle AB and take care of his every need you’re not winning ahit with Johnson as WR2. Why not guarantee the 800K how cheap is that why did that dumbass force him to play vs the ****ing Jets why tell him to leave the bench when you know how he is.

Also I hope Jacksonville is dumb enough to hire that clown leftwhich who didn’t have any design to get players open

I was still on the AB train even after he left the field during the Jets game, hoping he'd be back, questioning the way the team handled the incentives, injury, etc.

But honestly, dude, **** that guy. It's one thing to have beef with the coach and management; many players have lots of complaints over that stuff. What gets me is the way he went out there and basically just crapped on everyone...pointing out how he was the best receiver on the team, Brady needs him, and posting that meme after the Bucs lost to rub salt on their wounds. Any reasonable human being would have been at least praising his ex-teammates for that effort.

I can only imagine the type of **** that he pulls frequently with his teammates, and my guess is whatever happened was tip of the iceberg stuff. Something tells me a 70 year old coach like Bruce Arians didn't just want to get rid of AB and wasn't willing to put up with tremendous amounts of ********...he probably was, but AB is a bigger douche than we had even imagined.

In terms of needing him, and AB's claim about his importance....the last few games of the season demonstrated that Mike Evans had taken on a much lesser role for the good of the team. With Evans running the primary routes, he was much, much, much better than AB, at this stage of AB's career. AB is a great talent, but he's actually not that efficient. Lots of mistimed routes, miscommunications with Brady. Yes, big plays, too, but I think Evans showed what ideally someone is supposed to do in that role. AB was great last year as a complementary receiver; this year, when he was on the field, the offense ran through him, and it didn't work as well. Godwin was the biggest loss, no doubt, as his versatility and ability to move the chains was huge. Meanwhile, the team lost Grayson and Perriman, two guys who had stepped up.

I honestly don't think AB makes that much difference in the Rams game. Yes, they move the ball a little easier. The protection problems are still bad. They don't gameplan to get Evans open either, as they basically just decoy him like other games against the Rams and Saints (big mistake there.) But that Rams game was basically a huge blowout until the Rams inexplicably coughed the ball up four times.

The schedule is not brutal at all when you know the QBs that are gonna move and which games are at home. Also it’s always dumb to judge schedule strength before the season because it never works out.

I don't have mental health, I have mental wealth.

To all you guys dreaming about Brady going to another team, it ain't happening. This is it for him. He's won SBs with two different teams in two different conferences. Nothing else left to prove and certainly no incentive to start all over from scratch.

He'll either honor his contract extension (I believe he will) or if you believe any of the rumors (I don't) retire. I'm sure he'll be consulted by FO on offseason personnel decisions to make him feel comfortable. TB went all in on TFB and their best chance to win is with him at QB.

We saw the corpses of Manning and Ben play like crap their last year before retiring. TFB looks f**king great! He's still got game. A few months of giving it to Giselle up the ass will soften her to let him play another year (if that's even a thing).

If the Bucs had beat the Rams this would be the forecast in Tampa for the NFCCG

Wow

This is not in any way shape or form how a defamation lawsuit would work.
