OT: Official 2021 Tompa Bay Gronkaneers Thread

It helps that the game is at home as well. I'd be more worried if they had to go to Sofi. It's surprisingly loud there
The Bucs stadium seems to be quieter than expected for the home team and louder than expected for the away team. I especially noticed that in the Bills game.

However it helps that the Rams are from the West coast and not easy driving distance.

I wonder if their old St Louis fan base still root for them? Do fans still cheer for the team that abandons their city? I honestly don't know.

They were super loud last week vs the Eagles!

After watching the last month of the season and in particular the playoff game, it has been crystal clear just how much the Patriot Way was predicated on Brady and his leadership. His ability to elevate and hold guys accountable is second to none.

"Brady's just a system QB."

"No. Brady IS the system."

Bucs fans sell their tickets a lot, from what I've read.

Tristan Wirfs and Ryan Jensen were kept out of team drills today so they wouldn't get tripped or stepped on but they made progress. A decision won't be made until 90 minutes before Sunday's game, at least on Wirfs.

RB Ronald Jones hasn't practiced at all this week and is expected to be out. WR Breshad Perriman has a 'torn muscle in his side." John Brown could be signed from the practice squad. Cyril Grayson also practiced on a limited basis Thursday.

RB Leonard Fournette has looked good in practice this week, Arians said. Certainly trending as if he will play.

For fifth receiver, Bucs are choosing between Grayson (limited by his hamstring) or promoting John Brown after only 10 days with the team. Just depends on how they feel about Grayson’s health. He was limited but practiced today.

Fifth receiver is not the most important spot considering the elite pass catching nature of the Bucs TE and RB group.

Ohhh Whitworth is out and the starting safety as well..

Bucs defense should be able to get pressure.

With 4? We will see! Need a few coverage sacks but certainly that defense could wipe the floor with Stafford or get blown out.

Whitworth being out is a significant development.

This is good news more likely the rush gets to Stafford as Whitworth had a great game when they met. I both safeties gonna be out this would make LA play more zone freeing Evans from Ramsey just enough times

It's possible the Bucs defense; opposed to the offense, got everyone back and healthy. So first game since the Superbowl all the starters potentially playing together. Whitehead didn't play Week 1

Both safeties out should help alot. They just have to find a way to give Brady enough time to kill them by 1000 cuts and maybe Miller gets a long TD in this one.

With both safeties out it’s more likely they play the safeties back and make the Bucs drive the length of the field to score. I think Brady’s done that before. Oh, and this might open up Gronk to catch a few seam route passes.

SMB was a full go today they’ll have the wholes secondary available maybe so they can contain Kupp and that offense enough

So I just heard that Rams will be without their starting LT and safety
