3. Keep Allen contained…and GET PRESSURE on him

I hope they can do better on this than last game. I was there, sitting below the lighthouse, and from that perspective it seemed to me on several plays they were more concerned about hanging back to contain Allen than in rushing to get pressure on him. Result was usually a long completion when someone finally got open.

I’d rather see them pin their ears back and go all out to put pressure on him so he doesn’t have all the time in the world to keep checking down until someone gets open. Need to be disciplined rushing and win the individual battles, but just hanging back and watching to maintain contain cedes the line battle entirely.

I'll be watching it on Sunday morning, pretending its live and without actually knowing the score its kind of for me
just have to avoid this board and social media until I have watched the game

For whatever reason this Pats team starts games very slow. I am hoping and expecting that to change tonight, and if it does we should be in for a good ballgame. I respect Buffalo’s QB and wings. I hate their coach.

pound them all the way into their end zone - press cruise control button..

Starting fast yes but more importantly IMPOSE physicality from play 1, INSTALL fear (& make them afraid to lose).

This is the game for bigger, slower boys to have their fun. This is the game, the opponent & conditions this team was built for. Lets show up!
