Game Day Thread Official Post Game Thread- Bills beat the Pats

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

We can still win the division too, if Atlanta or the Jete helps us out.
Hahahaha.
funniest thing I’ve read all week. The jets??? Falcons????
My odds of hooking up with a super model are higher than them beating the Bills.

He also punches Josh Allen on another play.

I’m sure he would say that he was just trying to punch the ball out, but the problem is that Allen is already laying on the turf and totally down before he punches him.
He punched at the ball. That was a totally normal play. Not only normal, I want my players doing that. You can tell the rest of the Bills fans that Belichick actually teaches that.

Around here we teach players to punch at the ball while the play is going on.

Not after the player is tackled (laying on his back) and the play is over.

If he was down it was by a split second. You Bills fans complain about everything. Buffalo whines more than any fanbase about this kind of stuff.

I don’t know any teams fans that would be OK with their QB being punched while laying on their back.

He was late, but that happens all the time. Show it in fast motion. I mean, to complain about that, come on. How often do you see that each and every game

I’m not sure i’ve ever seen that before.

Players try to punch the ball out all the time, but not when the play is over and the opponent is laying on the turf on their back.

Show it in fast motion and you'll see something that looks like all the plays that happen a lot of times every game. I ee players trying to knock the ball out the moment someone is down multiple times every game. This didn't happen long after he hit the turf despite the slow motion gif above

Gunner might work. Also there will be good slot receivers in the 3rd or 4th round. Need a CB early and a DT would be nice.

Gunner's been around since 2019. What has he shown that gives you any reason to think he can be a Brown/Welker/Edelman?

That is two back to back losses there. Just try to rebound.

Stranger things have happened. They did drop one to the Jags. I could see them losing to the Falcons.

You should also show the replay in full if you have it. All I see is the very end, in slow motion. Full game speed and context are needed. This definitely isn’t a punch, but whether it’s ”cheap” or “unnecessary” is the question, and you can’t tell from this.

Gunner in nearly 3 full years has shown absolutely nothing.
Should we have kept Berrios? Always liked him at Miami. Disappointed he didn't stick at the Pats. Seems to be doing ok at the Jets.

Judon is a former Raven. You can't extract the dirty play from inside him.

BB was my binkie. Still is but Guns has been fine on STs but it would be nice if he could catch a few balls. He offers nothing offensively whereas BB does

This is what you call a dirty hit. Then what about your Milano who tackled Mac Jones after he gave himself up on a scramble and was already on the ground. Do you consider that a dirty play? That is far worse than Judon trying to punch the ball while Allen is on the ground.

Personally, I don't consider either one of them a dirty play. Milano was rightfully flagged for the late hit, but I don't think it was dirty.
