Saban is an excellent coach, but he also recruits superb talent. Jones was part of that talent. Ran that offense better than either Hurts or Tua. Ask Devonta Smith.

Lots of the best college qb's are great because they are incredible athletic and use their speed and strength to set up their throwing. That doesn't always translate well into the nfl, and makes it tough to know how much of their success is team based and how much is on them. Especially when you start looking at lower college programs, Hi Mr Lance.

Both thru 13 games. Young would have had to complete 47 more passesin the same number of attempts to match Jones' accuracy...
