Mike Vrabel committed the most egregious sin possible, possibly the only truly unforgivable sin in the eyes of the NFL and the media ...

He returned the Patriots not just to respectability, but potentially to dominance.

The league and the media will be out to smear him for the remainder of his tenure. They won't stop.
