OT: Official 2021 Tompa Bay Gronkaneers Thread

Can't wait for Bills/Tampa.

Imagine being a Bills fan, and realizing that your entire season may end up having come down to one play, and knowing that the play was your highly touted MVP-level QB ignoring a wide open receiver running right across his face in order to try forcing a pass elsewhere.
Imagine being Mac and getting told if even was that he was not needed for this game.

Bucs play action should kill them. Allen will also be running for his life with that mediocre line
Last night it didn’t matter but this weekend Tre White being unavailable will matter a lot.

as impressive as Mac has been this Patriots team is winning the super bowl with Brady. they still may do it with Mac
Without a doubt and hopefully. It’s not as crazy a thought as it was a couple months ago.

This nonsense again lol. That’s what he got out of the game last night? Really?

I'll say it again but I would imagine Mac is not feeling real good today after a game plan that basically did not include him at all. I don't know if that's the best approach with Mac heading into the postseason where the weather will be a lot worse than it was last night which could potentially hurt his confidence.

It's also possible that he simply just doesn't have the arm to throw it all in the wind. Many of us wondered what he would look like when the weather turned bad and I think we got our answer last night. I really don't know how far we can go in the postseason if that's going to be their game plan in bad weather games with our offense.

Maybe, but I honestly think that was just the game plan to punch the Bills in the mouth. It was glorious to see they couldn't stop it knowing it was coming. They couldn't score either

I wonder what Brady got out of watching the game last night. The Bucs running game very underrated I think and maybe they attack the middle of the Bills defensive front too after seeing the Pats and Colts be successful with it?

Also if the unbelievable happens and we get the dream matchup in the SB- I think the Pats better be very aware of the Bucs running the ball. I’m not sold yet on our run D.

Yea it worked out but it was a risky game plan. Allen had a wide open Beasley for the go ahead TD w/ under 2 minutes left. Would've been interesting to see what Pats O do w/ under 2 minutes having to kick a fg for the tie. I doubt just running the ball would've gotten them within fg range.

Good win.

If I'm Brady, I'm thinking, see I told you Harry shouldn't be anywhere near the football.

Yeah that's what I said in the other topic. That gameplan is only genius if you're not trailing. If the Bills took the lead then what? Who knows - maybe Mac really does open it up and we move the ball downfield to score and tie or better.

Would have liked to at least see some play action mixed in there and I think we take at least one of those to the house.

We'll never know. I don't blame them for continuing to run if they couldn't stop them but there were 6 punts by the Pats with several 3 and outs so Buffalo D did their job. Allen couldn't execute when it mattered was the difference.

Other less humble and selfless QBs would definitely get irritated, but it seems Mac only cares about winning, not stats or MVP rankings.

Kind of refreshing.

Agree. Mac is happy AF today with that win as he should be.

You know what probably really pissed Mac off? Running out the second half when they were at the 45 yard line with over a minute and a half to play. Coward football.

I'm glad Ian created this space for you, and those like you, to recover and heal. It's obvious these issues have deeply affected you.

This space wasn't created for me/us. It was created for you because you could not stand to have any mention of Brady on the main form. So now you come here to tell me I need a safe space. How ironic.
