The league may not be able to sweep this one under the rug. The photos, videos, etc. are all out there for the public; the protocols are public info. If he was given vaxxed protocols, this may be one of the few scandals they don’t want and can’t bury.

I think @Ice_Ice_Brady cracked the code here. We can probably safely assume he's unvaccinated based on him being declared out for the game so early in the week. For a vaccinated player, there would be a possibility of 2 negative tests before the game allowing him to play.

Yes I know it's unlikely that it's inaccurate by now but the best way out of this for the NFL is to find a way to state that he's vaccinated. This is the NFL we are talking about, they lie. Problem is COVID is highly political so it's probably not a good idea to bend something like that. The entire thing would take an afternoon to investigate but they'll drag it on and on and in 6 months people won't care as much. They'll give him a minor suspension and maybe issue a big fine to the Packers.
