It's probably a safe bet to say that 5 NFC playoff spots are locks, or near locks.


NFCE - Cowboys
NFCN - Packers
NFCS - Bucs
NFCW - Cardinals/Rams

WC1 - Rams/Cardinals


The injuries to JAG and Wilson have things in a bit of a jumble after that. Given the rest of the pack battling for the two spots (and their schedules), the Seahawks might just need Geno to just tread water until Wilson returns, in order to make the playoffs.

Not really. Didn't make a difference either way. Not like they were at risk of not getting the spiked ball off in time and got saved by the stoppage.

The Steelers complaining about this further proves their ability to play the victim. About the only thing they've been good at since 2010

Not really. Didn't make a difference either way. Not like they were at risk of not getting the spiked ball off in time and got saved by the stoppage.

They were at risk if they had correctly given the Seahawks :02 or even :01 left based on the 10 second runoff. They realized they had badly screwed up and therefore ruled he was down with :13 remaining as a makeup call. Otherwise that would have been one of the worst screwups in memory.
