The following teams have QB injuries and have chosen their backup to start and their #3 to back up instead of Newton. Which ones really wanted him but couldn’t do it because it would scare other QBs?

Denver
Giants
Redskins (and fitz probably is out the year or at least doubtful to return)

also Indy was ready to play Jacob Eason when wentz was hurt rather than sign Newton
