BB dragged Jones out of the field with him at the end of the game

I asked you a simple question...provide YOUR offensive/defensive stats from those years...the rest of your idiotic diatribe I'll chalk up to YOU being a pathological NUTCASE

Here's 1 easy example. 2017 Pats were 5th best points against when the other list said the PatsD was ranked 31st. Makes zero sense. It's funny how you're so clueless you can't even tell really obvious things like this don't look right. I'm not going to do the rest for you, you do it as you don't even know the history of the Patriots teams.

I see you going on other threads doing the same thing. I may stay on an issue as it persists as a problem on the field but you never actually talk football. You're like this bridge troll. Go on ranting like a lunatic but not even talking or knowing anything about football.

This doesn't look right. What's the source? Also what is the definition of the ranking. It's definitely not points for or points against which is the most important thing. The 2001 defense gave up yards but was extremely good in red zone defense. 2017 doesn't look right at all, I think that defense was best in points against either all year or the entire second half of the year (until inexplicably benching its best corner at the end). Something is broken on whatever you pulled from, the 2014, 2016, 2018 defenses were not middle of the pack.

Basically your list looks really not credible.
DVOA. It has it’s flaws just like any other statistic but it takes into account many things that raw points can’t do.

- Strength of opponents offense/defense
- Score differential
- Time left to play
- A few other things

Points allowed can be influenced by an offense that rarely turns the ball over and is able to control the clock and sustain drives. Special teams can also influence it by consistently giving the opposing offense bad starting field position.

Using the 2016 Patriots as an example, they finished #1 in points allowed, but that doesn’t account for three big things

1. They played the easiest schedule of offenses and there is a large gap between them and #31.
2. The offense only turned the ball over 11 times, rarely putting them in a bad spot.
3. They had the best starting field position for any defense that season thanks to the offense and special teams.

Take your pick between yards, points, points per drive, or DVOA. I just believe that DVOA is the best because of everything it accounts for and how it isolates all three groups.

You said Macadoodles arm was great.

He has thrown 0 passes 40 yards or more.
Lets try an experiment. I'm going to put 250 to 350lb lb guys in front of you and you will have to throw a football to a receiver, but the catch is these guys will be in your face in 1.3 seconds. Let's see you hit a 40 yard pass. Stop being a moron

This stuff is repetitive. You don’t like what someone says, so you point out they don’t actually do it as their profession and attack them. You’re not a professional either. Meanwhile, any jackass has a valid opinion if it boosts your argument.

i’ve never understood this argument… of course a fan posting on a message board couldn’t do that. it’s not their job and they don’t get paid for it. a quarterback gets paid to make those kind of throws

My guess is he wanted to calm the kid down. Not to get too down on himself. It's good to show passion that means you care. But can't put the whole loss on yourself.

It was a failure of special teams , defense(when we needed a stop), coaching, protection, receivers dropping balls.

The point is, 1.2 seconds isn't enough time for someone to run 40 yards down the field.

The offense sucked. It is 95% on them.

Wrong once again as usual, QAnon boy. It might help your meager powers of perception to actually watch the games. (But then there's the issue of actually believing what you see, which everyone here knows you struggle with.) The kid aired it out several times Sunday, just didn't connect. But it's only been three games and that will come as he gets in sync with the receivers and the OL hopefully meshes giving him some time. Mac seldom has had a clean pocket to work from. His arm is not an issue.

A bigger question is why you are so disparaging of Mac Jones. Your weird bias against him belies you allegedly being a Patriots fan, aside from demonstrably knowing less about football than when to change your underwear. Maybe it's time to ration the moonshine.

I see that you've made a new admirer in tubbyscribe.

Be careful with that weirdo.

YOU calling ME "weirdo" is the highest compliment imaginable.

Guys we need to be strong.

yes, tb is gonna handle us, and the media is gonna spin it to a Brady/belichick thing...

but we were lucky to have tb as long as we did, and were lucky to have the former coach of the 00’s teams, LT, etc at the helm.

there’s gonna be fire Bill sentiment that picks up and I just feel like that won’t bring Tom back. I don’t want them to rush it.

also been saying for a while that one of these drafts we need to get a Mike lb, a good cb, etc..... whoopty dooty we got a qb but....

also just sign the best x receiver available. Don’t even trust Bill with that.

I'm attacking their idiot thought process. "He's not throwing 40 yards" The oline isn't giving him time to throw the ball 40 yards in the air to someone. It's simple math, I'm sorry you suck at it.

Shouldn't you be headed to math class right about now?

Cry me a river. The moron that Im responding to told me that Mac throws downfield just fine.

0 passes 40 yards to date. NFL 2021 Player Stats | passing Stats | NFL.com

Are you sure that’s math?
