This is probably hopeless, but to try to ward off the Game Thread going insane with "Mac sucks!" posts when he throws his first INT (whether or not it is this game):

So far the other two rookie QB starters are:

• Wilson: 13/26 150 yds, 1TD, 1INT, Jets behind 16-8
• Lawrence: 16/30, 205 yds, 2 TD, 2 INT, Jags behind 34-8

So both rookie starters have INTs already in their first game and their teams are losing. If Mac makes a mistake or two in this game no freaking out allowed!

Bills down by 10 with about 9 minutes left and momentum heavily against them since they were winning by double-digits just a bit ago... If these scores hold and if NE can take care of business today they will be 1 game ahead of the rest of the division 1 week in.

To be fair, neither of them have a good OL. The Pats do. But that is true - Mac will have some growing pains as would any rookie. I’m still looking forward to the ride.
