Ever hear of the term Horseshoe Theory? It’s a term about extreme political leanings. It’s controversial whether it’s real or not but regardless that’s what’s happening here in a sports setting where people who are way to into the Patriots are now hating Brady and people who hate the Patriots now love Brady.

Peyton deserves his spot. If it wasn't for Brady he might have 4 or more Superbowls and would have been the GOAT of his generation.

I hated Manning but he is the second greatest QB Ive seen play football, I remember Montana in KC but that was past his prime. Mahomes and Rodgers are not even close to Manning.

Peyton will also forever hold the record of 55TDs in a 16 game season.

Hate him as much as you want, but you have to respect his game. Even Brady admired him and learned some things from him.

In order to count the number of QBs that I saw who were better, especially in crunch time, I'd have to use both hands and one of my feet. He's the biggest playoff choker in NYFL history.

PEDton had trouble with QBs other than Brady too.

Simply no way Peyton belongs there over Sammy Baugh. Both played in five championships and won two. Baugh also happened to be the most important passer in league history for his influence, and he was arguably the best punter ever, and one of the best defensive players in football (14 INTs one year.) Baugh played for 14 seasons and was at least as impressive, statistically, for his time. It’s especially bad because this list is about best player and not just best passer/QB. Baugh should be #1 or #2.

Otto Graham is an obvious one too.
