Jaguars sign (edit: cut) Tebow

I think the TE thing was a fair shake to give him one last shot. I watched a bit of their game the other night and he looked pathetic. He threw maybe one of the worst attempts at a block that I’ve ever seen in my life and got tossed aside like a rag doll. He’d be a good addition to any team’s coaching staff though, IMO. He’s a great motivator. But I have no clue if he even wants to coach. The college football commentator job is pretty cushy and I’d suspect it pays better than a coaching job.
I don’t think Meyer believed he had a prayer.
I think he brought him in for his attitude and helping get his message out knowing he wasn’t making the team. I’m guessing being a coach was the ultimate goal, if Tebow wants it.

How does it feel to be a racist, anti-Semitic, Islamaphobic, Christian canceling, Scientology traitor-ing, Kwanza-bashing, derogatory, intolerant, transgender-hating jerk?
Feels great, actually.

Any TE who has actually played at a college or high school level.
You figure Thurman Murman from Slippery Rock State would still be on the roster right now?

Bill:
Slippery Rock State you say? Maybe I'll find a receiver there.

He’d probably end up being better than Harry.

In the NFL, if you‘re part of a monotheistic religion, teams will release you just because you don’t believe in multiple gods. First Tebow, now Rosen. I’m sick to my stomach over this.

Oy vey.

There's actually a weird dichotomy between the public & private arena when it comes to Tebow. Loved in public, not so much by everyone behind the scenes.

Why am I not surprised that in private, he might not be well-liked.
