Closing the barn door after the horse escaped. This clown chased Harbaugh out of San Francisco, didn’t draft Hutchinson, and just lost out on his top 2 options to replace Pederson. For a self made billionaire Shahid Kahn sure does shoot himself in the foot pretty regularly. When the Jacksonville coaching search started everybody and his brother knew they weren't getting a big name with Baalke there. Everybody but Khan that is. Even having been turned down by perspective candidates wasn't enough but when Liam Coen elected to walk away and re-up with the cross state Bucs then he finally pulled the trigger? For a bright guy Khan seems to have a rough time 'reading the room' at least in the NFL.

Better late than never. They were absolutely doomed if they kept Baalke. This at least will give them a chance.
