Simmons was franchised last year. He gets a 20% raise as a second year franchise tagged player.

Jets current roster standing is baffling.

You look at their roster and you only see three players you can confidently say are “good”.

Becton, Q Williams, Maye.

That’s it. A couple of okay players elsewhere. Mosley (if he gets healthy) Crowder at WR, maybe Mims if he develops... but every other position is a question mark as it stands.

I am taking this offseason more seriously, as you can plainly see.

I started with generic "roses are red" insults and hope to work my way up to Haiku by training camp....

Mosley?!? The guy who has played like two games for the Jets in two years? He was a very good player. He has been an awful free agent signing for the Jets.

Eh, injuries happen and I don't blame him for Covid year.

Counts as 7.5 mil against the cap in 2021. I'm thrilled to have a top LB for that.

The extra year to heal from a bad injury is a plus too.

Mosley hasn’t played in 2 years. And even in 18 he was tailing off in Baltimore.

Crowder is solid. Good. Not great
