NFL GAME DAY DISCUSSION OFFICIAL Super Bowl Bucs/Chiefs Game Thread

LMAO. 3 quarters no touchdowns for Showtime hahaha

Bucs about to win the super bowl on the backs of Patriots players. Keep trying to rationalize and defend the direction the Patriots decided to take. Whatever helps you sleep at night.

Belichick might have been able to keep Brady if he did things differently, but I don't think Gronk would ever had played for the Patriots ever again no matter what. I don't think he was ever comfortable with the Patriot way. He is guy who wants to be with a team that lets him be him.

I think Belichick has made a lot of personnel mistakes in recent years. But with the state of the Patriots when Brady left, I still don't think it was as bad of a decision to part ways as it looks tonight. The Pats weren't winning a Super Bowl with or without Brady and we don't know how much longer Brady really has. He could play at a high level until age 50 or fall completely apart next year. And let's face it, based on 2019, we didn't know if the decline was already significant when he left.

Where Belichick really screwed up was not trading Garoppolo before the season he was traded and then trying to trade Brady without getting Kraft's permission before that. I think Brady was gone the first chance he got after he found out that Belichick was trying to trade him to the 49ers which was vetoed by Kraft. And I think it affected Brady's attitude in 2019 and probably affected his play.

KC Oline with backup tackles is really the big story here.
And every single so called expert wrote it off because Mahomes has tiny little wings on his feet.

Except he didn’t because building a team is about more than 1 year. Giving brady 3 years at 25m or whatever he wanted just didn’t make sense in his mind and we’d not have had the weapons to get to the Super Bowl anyway.

Brady got 2 years at $25m each.

we offered one year at $23m.

we wanted to go year to year.

We were wrong.

Tom was miserable in 2019 with his weapons, and it was arguably worse this year. He would have been miserable again. And I don't really blame. I'm glad Tom got another chance at another title, even if it was with another team.

Hahahaha NOW Mahomes is limping? No problem running all over the place in the first half. Wonder if his pig fiancée is screaming like an idiot in the luxury box again while his fruitcake brother makes TikToks?

they draft fast and atheltic

we draft big and slow
They also sucked and got better pick position because they sucked. We all know that helps in the draft

That's.... a lot

has there been a worse superbowl performance by a favorite in recent memory?
easily denver vs seattle. That was over by the 1st Q. and also raiders vs bucs.

Chiefs love to run 5 out, but on this drive they are having to keep one man in to help with the OL and it's hobbling them.
