If the Chiefs lose, I'll be here in the discussion. If they win, same thing.

I won't be crying if they lose. Nor bragging if they win. It's just a game. Just a message board for fun banter.

Mahomes will be 26 as of next season. Losing a SB won't hurt his reputation. Just like losing won't hurt Brady's.
Youll be here complaining about holding or PI or that Andy was suffering with salmonella from a bad cheeseburger.

Obviously the score changes things too. For instance, if KC goes up 10-0, will TB immediately go for the long bomb?
I don't think so.

He'll do fine as long as Biscuit Bruce doesn't force him into dumb-ass play calls

I won't be here making excuses.

A Bucs win means they earned it. They outplayed my team.

My sister died from brain cancer a few years ago you pos.

That is all you are to me.
You have zero credibility welcher.

The dude literally said a player overcomes incompetent coaching.

SB 52 says otherwise.

And I'll point to my team being let down by bad coaching.

It happens.

People have terrible days at the office.
Reid is a superior coach to Arians.

Thus why I'm more comfortable with Chiefs winning. "Biscuit Bruce" indeed.
If the Bucs win it'll because of their D and Tom playing like he did in SB 49,51 and 52. Manage the game and rise to the occasion.

Correct Reid is better. But he's had bad days too.

All I'm saying is a coach making one huge error can offset the great play of a player.
I remember a few years ago after the loss to the Pats in the AFC Championship game people were criticizing Reid, questioning if he can ever win the "big game". He had gotten so close but always came up short, now he is widely considered the 2nd best coach in the league...how times have changed.

@MahomestoHill welcome to the board. This has to be a welcome change from that cesspool that is Chiefsplanet.

Need to rename this the: Mahomes-Hill thread.

I think he got too much blame then. But is getting too much credit now.

I've always thought he was a top five coach in the league. I don't think he will ever surpass Belichick. Though, it's doubtful anybody does.

And TB can double both Hill & Kelce. But Hardman and Watkins will get them.

There's not enough defenders to cover the speed and separation ability of all these weapons.

The Bucs D-line needs to have a 2007 SB type game. Except they need to sack Mahomes. Even if he's running, he's still dangerous.

Good to see a civil KC fan. That said, I very much disagree on this narrative on the Chiefs. A lot of fans in and outside of KC act like they have an offense that can barely be slowed down, much less stopped for any length of time. That simply isn't true. It's true they have one of the more dynamic offenses of all time and perhaps the best big play offense ever with Hill, but they can be slowed down.

Over the course of their 17 REAL games this year (I took out the 2nd Chargers), the averaged 30.1 PPG. Did they coast some? Yes, but all good offenses coast. They also put up those numbers facing on average a D that gave up nearly 404 points (403.9) to average out to just about 25.25 PPG. That would be in the lower half of the league on average. The fact they could barely managed 30 PPG against an overall pretty crappy line up of defenses should give people A LITTLE pause on calling them an unstoppable juggernaut.

Can they look like it at times? Absolutely. They get red hot for stretches. But it be good to keep in mind that they have struggled to be consistent when the big play isn't that. While the talent on this offense is legit, this offense THIS YEAR has not been close to an all time offense.

Going to root for Tampa. Tom and my son played in college with one of their players.

One is actually not even close to the other.
Was just about to say that. There will be another kid who will QB his team to 2 SBs at age 25.

Nobody will ever do what Brady is doing again.
