It's easy, and only takes a few moments.Or it's a sign that the gulf between whatever the Patriots are willing to pay and what Brady thinks he deserves to be paid is so big that the Patriots have essentially given up on re-signing him. They resigned DMC and franchised Thuney totaling ~$39m
If BB's intention was to make Tom feel like he wasn't the #1 priority he did a pretty good job at it.
I like FolesI can't believe there is still a market for Nick Foles.
Exactly.Or it's a sign that the gulf between whatever the Patriots are willing to pay and what Brady thinks he deserves to be paid is so big that the Patriots have essentially given up on re-signing him.
Why not ?I can't believe there is still a market for Nick Foles.
He got benched for Gardner Minshew. Why not ?

Iggles were on a mission and our D was short-handed. It is what it is.I cant believe he put up a forty burger on the Pats in the Superbowl!
Exactly.
It is painfully obvious..
1) BB is serious about going year to year w/ Tom
2) BB does not think TB12 is an elite QB anymore.
Yes....I said that.

My guess is that he'll think about it for a few days and then choose between NE and TB. If he really feels he deserves a long term contract, he'll go to TB. If he can live with a year-to-year deal he'll come back to NE. Bill appears to be sticking to his guns with giving him only a year-to-year contract.
Yeah.... this untrained fan didn’t really notice any difference in Brady last year except for his nagging injuries. Maybe that’s exactly his concern. BB knows how many injuries Brady had over his career and will know exactly how 2019 compared with the past. And he knows injuries are usually what takes out QBs. Manning was still Manning until his neck became unrepairable. Favre led the Vikings to the NFC title game in 2009 with one of his best seasons, and then had nagging injuries in early 2010 which caused him to be done.Exactly.

No question.Even though offense wasn't an issue that game, I do think we could have benefited from Edelman in there.
Supposedly the Chargers are in it still to.My guess is that he'll think about it for a few days and then choose between NE and TB. If he really feels he deserves a long term contract, he'll go to TB. Especially after Cooks went out. Although Amendola and Hogan both had big games.Even though offense wasn't an issue that game, I do think we could have benefited from Edelman in there.
Preseason. 16 game regular season. Playoffs. 100s of practices and scrimmages. Film up the wazoo.Yeah.... this untrained fan didn’t really notice any difference in Brady last year except for his nagging injuries. Maybe that’s exactly his concern. Do not forget he was injured immediately at the start of the season...was good in Philly...He got benched for Gardner Minshew.
