Does this list, and others like it, measure for currently existing sports leagues, or just championships in any sports league? I ask because the AFL doesn't exist anymore. When the Jets "won" the Super Bowl it was an exhibition game between the NFL champion and the AFL champion. Does anybody care about AFL championships at this point?

For me, it marks the full beginning of Spring. Flowers are abundant, the birds are loud, the temps rise into the 60's, sunset is after dinner, young ladies are out jogging in shorts and tank tops...all kinds of signs of life and optimism.
