They might have the best talent across the board.

Can you think of anything worse?

Jerry is going to miss another opportunity because of his ego.

Jerry is the coach of that team. That’s why they’ve sucked since Emmitt. He overrides coaching decisions and micromanages everything to the point that no one can do their jobs

The best news for Dallas fans is that Jason Garrett won’t be around next season to sulk on the sidelines.

Do not ever remember Jason Garrett ever being excited about much of anything on the sideline, except for a few "high fives" to players when they run off the field after a mediocre play.

Whoever the next coach is there will be a need to define very clear boundaries & roles between he and Jerry.

Big decisions coming for Jerrah. Besides dumping the HC and hiring a replacement who might also want to bring in his own assistants, the Dak contract extension might not be a foregone conclusion just yet.

To tag or go all in on Dak?

Dallas media have begun to wonder out loud if Dak’s ceiling has been reached and thus the franchise tag talk

I’m not paying Dak the 40 mil he’s reported seeking but he’s still my #1 priority to lock up long term. Cooper should be the odd man out.

The coaching is awful and the talent is clearly overrated. A talented team will win despite bad coaching. Maybe not the SB, but c’m’on. This team is under .500 and gets to play three inept teams six times. Was that their first NFCE loss ? So the entirety of the League has smacked them around all year.

Dak is so overrated.

To waste the Dak, Cooper and Byron Jones rookie years on Jason Garrett is simply mind blowing.

Cowboys and the Rams will have to let some good players go. So much talent but so horribly constructed rosters cap wise.

The Cowboys aren't coached, they're just a crowd that wins or loses based on its internal psychology. Garrett isn't an active team killer like the worst coaches ever, it's more that he just has nothing of value to add.

In an alternate universe where Belichick and staff are cloned, the Cowboys might be playing the Browns in the Super Bowl this year.

I watched about half the game and didn't see Garrett speak once.

He looks checked out.

Is he the worst coach? I think the Freddy Kitchens guy is up there. I agree with the poster above who says he is not there at all, just a person to stand there and take orders.

I don't usually take pleasure in other peoples suffering, but do with Cowboys fans!

Kitchens got thrown into the deep end as an assistant and is floundering.

Garret has like a decade of experience and is still an absolute nothing.

It’s more than Garrett. I hope he leaves. Just resigns. Some of their talent is overrated. Their defense is overrated.

It's all on Jerry. Draft. Cap. Type of culture. Type of coach. Everything.

Only way DAL gets better is if Jerry goes away.
