Well, technically, it wasn't tape, it was an SD card.

I was wondering.

I guess we all still "have XXX on speed-dial," including many of us who've never used a dial on a phone. Hint: It's a rotary device, not a button.

Wait, you follow Kravitz?
Somebody check this guy's papers.

No. You don’t remember Deflate-gate timeline or what started it

@Actual Pats Fan

I don’t believe that what you posted about a 1975 Gatorade controversy is true. The Cowboys did not lose a first round draft pick, and I seriously doubt that there were 500,000 dollar fines being handed out. As a matter of fact, I can’t find any info on the matter whatsoever. Do you remember where you found that source/link? I think we’d better check that. Thanks.

Well well well. Looks like we have another secret Cowboy spy planted here to deny the truth. Didn’t know you were in on it too.

If this one gains traction and they somehow get f*cked for it then I’m pretty certain I’m done with football. I have had enough of this bullsh.t at this point and don’t really feel like dealing with the crybaby fans and media any more. Plenty of other stuff that is enjoyable.

A sincere question. What stops you from just ignoring "Crybaby fans" and sports media if it drains you that much ? Just turn off the radio and ignore uninformed people with a smile.

If a flat earther comes around with his weirdo opinions you can also just brush it off.

Being a fan doesn't mean you have to participate in the entire circus.

Some people just had too many 8 or 9's in their number to call.

Just thinking, if the film crew was doing a piece on what the advance scout does, wasn’t the scout in the booth with them? One would think he would have warned the film crew what they could film and what they couldn’t, right?

How’s your Ford Pinto running these days?

Yes, he probably bears some responsibility. But it was a harmless, innocent documentary being shot by outside contractors. I doubt he gave it a second thought. They were filming directly in front of Bengals front office personnel, after all. The biggest problem are the hysterical, incompetent idiots who love to stick it to the team that has been outclassing everyone else year after year for two decades. Can’t beat them, slander them and confiscate their draft picks.

Who would give a 1-12 team any thought at all? I find it absolutely hysterical that the Bengals are "livid" over the incident.

Their problem are much worse than that.

they contract with outside people
Just saw this.
I'd be willing to bet that the contract between the NFL and its Franchise Owners stipulates that the owners are directly responsible for the conduct of any contractors or individuals who are permitted access to players, staff or areas related to the field, players' facilities or game itself. Heck, they might even be liable if someone gets food poisoning from a licensed vendor.

I agree.....I believe this falls back on the owner though I am not sure I believe BB is not involved

It's more likely he had his mind on other things, like doing his job.

It's the CEO's responsibility of any corporation to make sure its individual business units are all on the same page. For example, the finance department has to know what the marketing or sales department is doing, etc. Ultimately, it's a leadership breakdown and that falls on the Krafts. I really doubt either him or Jonathan spend much time caring about the Video Productions team. Kraft is too busy going to Asian spas to even care.

And BB is not involved. If he lied about not having anything to do with this, the repercussions would be too much for this organization. Why would he take that chance?
