Thats so not fair.

The injury was different. He basically didn't see game action for close to a year. His snaps gradually increased and was not a rapid climb. Can't get any more deliberate and patient with a player's rehab and eventual return to the fold.
Was it the same leg? Turf toe And Achilles?

Anyone have snap counts in preseason games and then regular season for Wynn?

Why? He got cleared and had an entire season.
Achilles is a pretty severe injury... He was held back in preseason then goes for 2 weeks then plays and entire game? I'm not a Dr but he should've been on a snap counts easing him in... Ironic the caution with Harry bringing him back

Wynn snaps
Titans preseason....19
Panthers 28
Giants 0
Steelers.. 70
Miami...12

Who knows what's done in practice or rehab.. but they say you can't simulate game speed

I just hope they don't give him 60plus snaps in his first game back. Ease him back.

He's pretty awful. The problem is the Pats don't have any healthy solutions at tackle. I'm really, really hoping that Wynn can make it back healthy soon. That bye week should help.

If only we were able to keep Trent Brown or Solder, this year wouldn't be so hard for Brady. Unfortunately we didn't draft any new OL who can help this year.

He’s not good.

Is there a connection to recovering from Achillies surgery and turf toe?

You'll need to dig for snap counts in PS but he didn't play in the first two, played 1 qtr in #3 and not sure about #4. He played the whole game vs Pitt.

That's what I'm wondering if it's the same leg

Basically no full back or tight end makes things even more difficult

Klemm was pretty awful. Worse than this guy.

Kline is certainly not a terrible player. He was a backup for us. He then lands two $5M a year contracts, first with TENN and then with MINN.

Are you sure that you’re not thinking of Jordan Devey, who was an interior lineman around the same time as Kline? I feel as though people here make this mistake all of the time.

I’m asking because Kline was ranked among the top guards for awhile in 2017 along with DeCastro, Incognito, and Leary, and I think that OL stats are acceptable even for PFF’s standards.

He then went on to allow the least number of sacks for TEN last season in 2018, and parlayed those two years into a lucrative free agent deal that he signed with MIN. In 2019, he has allowed a total of one sack.

He may not be great, but I feel like I have to defend this guy more than Richard Jewell.

Brian Holloway was crap playing next to (arguably) the best guard of all time. And he loved to talk. Absolute toolbox. But yes, Newhouse is a bum also.

Posters here disliked both, but yes, Devey got more heat.

HOWEVER, Devey is in his sixth year, and is starting for OAK. I suspect that he isn't "terrible".

Max Lane, Adrian Klemm, Eugene Chung, Tom Funchess, Karl Singer...

This thread is such a happy trip down memory lane.

Don’t even need to read this thread to know the old farts of Pats Fans are about to break this sucka off proper.

He gets an A for effort..

Adrian Klemm

Good thread for the bye week ...

Worst players at every position in the Belichick era.
Worst team offense and defense.

Get off my lawn! God damn clouds!!

This dude walked in off the street once the season started and he's done a serviceable job, given the situation.
Anyone who is complaining about the job he's done has no understanding of the game of football.
Jonathon Odgen was not waiting by the phone ready to play.
