that is typically the case, especially with division games. However, Bucs beat panthers on the road a couple of weeks ago on TNF.

We'll be fine considering we are home and giants are decimated with injuries. My only hope is we win and stay healthy. Hopefully some of our injured starters come back 100% for week 7

I'd put Wentz up there with Watson/Mahomes. The Eagles are completely different with DJax on offense opening up the field and giving Ertz/Godert seams to run through...

This is the first NFL level QB they have faced since game #1. Should be interesting to see how dominant (or not) the defense looks.

I would also add that the Giants D did a better job against the Washington Offense than the Pats. The bad teams this year are really bad.

I think Danny Dimes is a promising young QB.

Comparing how the Giants defense played and how the Pats defense played against Washinton is naive. Pats played a veteran QB and outside of 1 bad fluke play on a WR end around they only let up 160 yards. Giants on the other hand played a rookie QB in is first game
for most of the game. To get a better picture of the Giants defense look at their other games

Cowboys scored 35 points and had 495 yards
Bills scored 28 points and had 390 yards
Bucs scored 32 (should have been 35) and had 500 yards
Vikings scored 28 points and had 490 yards

I think this is all correct. My only feeling is that every other QB we have faced (besides week 1) has been complete utter garbage. No business being in the NFL level garbage. Jones is quality and should be a better representation of how good this defense is.

Yea hes lower than Roeth but better than the rest we've faced.

My statement was not a reflection of the Giants defense but rather the Washington offense...

Having a hard time finding a hard date on the data, but a site I found (that has recent games on it) says home teams are 38-34 straight up on TNF. So I would say it doesn't really make a difference.

Patriots are 5-0 at home for the current TNF package (since 2006), and 8-1 overall.

Much has been said about the Giant's injuries but we're on a short week with only 2 WR's not dealing with injuries and they're both rookies.

I'd be surprised if this isn't a run-heavy, low score game.
