This organization requires players to check their egos at the door, be selfless, buy into the coaches' demands and commit 100% to what is the best for the team.

The NFLPA can complain, but there's really nothing they could do to prevent it if the player went along. Now some people may say "ok I respect my union and I won't do anything that they oppose." This is the team that traded for Haynesworth. This is the team that gave Aaron Hernandez a big money second contract.
