Curran: Maurice Harris will be out awhile

Dam Braxton Berrios and Dontrelle Inman just gave each other high fives.:)

I'm still assuming neither make the roster but their chances increased for maybe 1-2% to 5-10%. I'm pretty sure Edelman, Harry Meyers, Dorsett and Thomas will all be on the opening day roster. That is 5 guys. Usually they don't like to carry more than that.

Unless Burkhead gets traded/cut, only carry 8 OL or only carry 1 TE during the first 4 weeks that 6th WR has almost no chance to make it.

That’s a damn shame. By all accounts, he was developing a nice rapport with Brady.

Berrios chances of making the team just went up substantially.
I’m not sure it does. I think if he earns the spot he gets it but if not we will keep someone a different position.
Edelman
Harry
Dorsett
Meyers

Today would seem to be top 4.
Harris could be kept while healing.
Thomas could be back.
Inman is proven.

Berrios still has an uphill battle and even if he got to 5th, he wouldn’t play unless there was an injury so keeping him on the ps works.

The holy church of Inman awaits all apostates with open arms, ready to receive you with the love and truth of Dontrelle.

'A while' is not very specific, it could mean as little as 3-4 weeks for example.

Truly ****ty timing for him, that really sucks.

I think he would have made the team if he'd stayed healthy, but I doubt it now even if it's just a 3-4 week injury.

I suppose the donation boxes will be visible to the newcomers.

Lower leg injury is probably an ankle sprain. My completely uneducated guess would be a high ankle sprain.

Fair points, but with Dorsett and Harry banged up and Berrios 100% and playing well in practice, I think he has a real shot.

We could get around things by keeping 7 maybe even 8 WR's on the initial 53...and tell some of our TE's to hang by the phone...and IR some WR's...and call up some TE's a few days before we host the Steelers. Most of our TE's aren't going to be snatched off waivers, IMO....

It wasn't just last year. But, yes. Depth is Good.

I think you've really stumbled onto something there, fire up the Patsticker we have to get that message to BB stat

If I were betting, I think Gordon is gone till mid-season, Thomas is PUP and a high ankle sprain could send Harris to IR (can return at week 8).

Yeah, thats my thinking too, and those can be nasty lingering injuries.

We haven’t given you the code to that yet.
