What's the deal? He wasn't inactive last night but didn't play. I can't find mention of it in any media or the Pats website (obviously). Sorry if this has been posted before but I'm kind of curious.

I think he's got an ankle injury and was held out largely for precautionary reasons.

I thought I saw him on the field a few times? I know he was dressed because following AD's sack, Colvin congradulated him on the sideline. Maybe he was limited to 3rd down plays only (a total of seven snaps)?

he played some...mostly at the start...and the end of the game...but limited..an ankle injury..

He was on the field some. I think his limited play had more to do with his slight injury issue as well as the fact that they employed the 4-3 most of the game.
