Both teams are dangerous in their own way. I think the Patriots have about the same chance against either one, but the Chargers have historically always melted down against Brady one way or another. In addition, Lamar Jackson's naive/spontaeous style seems to be exactly what always trips up this team's defense, whereas with Rivers at least you known what you're getting. So I'll go with the Chargers as my preference. In terms of who will win, this is really as close to a coin flip as it gets. I'll take the Ravens due to homefield and again my questions about the Chargers mental toughness. They appear to have turned over a new leaf, but years and years of inventing ways to lose, especially on the road, gives me a "I'll believe it when I see it" approach to them.

Probably the Ravens in a low scoring, grind it out kind of game. Ravens have the coaching edge in the playoffs and a good running game. I expect the Ravens to control the clock.

running game + defense + home field advantage in the cold against a California team = recipe for victory.

Bolts win - the chargers have played well on the road this year and beat some quality teams.

The Ravens beat the Chargers 22-10 just week before last ... in LA. The Ravens' MoV would have been six points more had Tucker not missed two FG. The Chargers' offense hasn't been playing well the past three weeks.

it’s a different team on the road. Honestly, we’re better off having the Chargers, a team fully familiar with KC, to go into Arrowhead. Can’t trust Lamar Jackson on the road in the playoffs right now. I can see Dee Ford and Justin Houston overwhelming Jackson from start to finish.

Ravens because I want to see them humiliated
With the up and down season Pats have had, I don't think we are capable of humiliating anyone, especially in the playoffs.

i was surprised at how close Cleveland came to beating Baltimore, in Baltimore. Jackson made a few errors, possibly the pressure of the final game "playoffs". I think that will bubble up next week and the game will be much closer. Baltimore doesn't have many players from their last playoff team to preach the gospel like the Killer did.

Count me in the camp that will be rooting for the Chargers. Even though they did lose at home to these Ravens a few weeks earlier, it was a pretty tight game that could have gone either way. Sure, the elements now (home field, weather) seem to favor the Ravens, but hopefully we find the playoff stage to be too big for the rookie QB.

I think the Chargers will win and I think that's good for the Pats. They have a much better chance of going into KC and knocking off the Chiefs, plus the Ravens are a really bad matchup for the Pats.

Chargers have been pretty out of sorts the last couple weeks, and a lot hinges on the health and effectiveness of Gordon and Henry, but I think they've got enough firepower to put the game out of reach, given that I don't see how the Ravens come back if they're down by multiple scores and have to air the ball out at all.

I don't think Rivers will lose to Jackson.

While I think either team could beat KC, I think LA with Rivers at the helm, has a better chance to deliver home field to us--assuming we're still standing.

who I want to win depends on what happens in the Houston-indy game. if indy wins, i want Baltimore to beat LAC. if houston wins, i want LAC to beat Baltimore.

I want the Chargers to win since I think they have the experience to deal with the Arrowhead environment successfully in the divisional round. They can score with KC and have a better D. Of course if Houston loses I will want the Ravens to win and come to NE.

I think the Chargers will win because they are better balanced offense/defense run/pass and have more discipline than a Harbaugh team. That's why I'd rather NE not face them and why I think they can knock off KC also.
