McDaniels, that play call....

Rivers shows the Cat like quickness his fans have been craving for a long time.

Haha more like “let me hide behind all these linemen and sneak my way through the hole.”

This is a team built on defense and the run game.
Amazing to think we came into this season with lots of questions marks on D and in the backfield.

I just want to get this in before the "Cliff! Brady's done!" crew get to crying in the post game:

First Second Third Fourth Fifth drive stalled ended stalled because James White dropped a catchable pass the Patriots scored a touchdown the running game got stuffed twice in short yardage, not because of a Brady failure. Frankly, I want to know why they didn't have Brady sneak it on 4th down, as it looked as if the room was there for it.

That should do it for the half, and I'll consider my point made.

This is why the Jets are terrible. Can't believe they didn't call a timeout with a minute left
...and why Bowles is getting wacked

They seem to call a lot of Jet games.

I've heard 'em a few times with the Jets. Think they get the games that are expected to be the least watched outside of their regions.

Half time observations,

1. Except for on. e run, the Pats D front has been very good vs the run. That's 2 weeks in a row.

2. Brady will likely have a 400 yd game....if he stays in the game for the full 60.

3. With 2 key guys missing at WR (Gordon and CP) the Pats passing offense is looking very good.

4. With tremendous success in the passing game, WTF is James White the short yardage choice TWICE????????????? Sometimes Josh just makes me shake my head. Too cute by a half.

5. A Derrick Rivers sighting: Who cares if he got a sack on a well designed stunt. Just seeing him out there does my heart good.

6. One wasted opportunity. Not bad.

Michel has been lousy in short yardage all season long.

Just want to point out that burk did get a short yardage first down on the first td drive.

Not one person got a push blocking on the 4th down play
Very half ***ed at best effort there....scary thing you notice on this team right now is guys taking plays off....not selling the play....playing half ***ed when an O player is running for big gain (you see several Pats players lazingly jogging in background).....lack of hunger and commitment ain’t winning championships

Would like them to get Gronk going a bit more. Solid half, but poor from McDaniels towards the end.

Why subject Brady to more hits or injury.
