Initially, I didn’t want to believe that Brady was/is hurt. I’ve stopped being naive to the fact that he is indeed playing hurt. It makes too much sense. His decision making in certain situations have been spotty, he’s not stepping into throws like he usually does & he also hasn’t been quite as accurate. My observation (as many others have noted as well) really doesn’t stem from the passing production vs BUF, but rather the last few weeks. Honestly, I believe Brady is still Brady. He just needs to get “right/healthy” again. Now, he’s 41, played a full season & is already nicked up so he won’t be 100%, but no player will be. As @Ivan noted, he concealed his concussion history; but who wouldn’t? Why would Brady or anybody reveal their weaknesses to their opponent? So yes; he’s hurt, but hopefully the Bye-week (if we earn it) gives the troops a bit more recovery/self-edification time.

Lastly, we JUST lost Gordon. One would have to think that had to alter the gameplan at least a bit. Relax, guys.

He’s definitely hurt. He is acting gun shy like that time he came back from IR

  • Brady - Numbers slightly down from last season, with at least 3 INTs that were tipped/'tipped' by his receivers (without those 3 INTs, he'd have the same INT totals as last season)

Brady and weather he’s injured
That’s what I thought, but the “came back from IR” comment through me off. I assume that you’re talking about the next season (‘09) after he was injured in the ‘08 opener.

Yes, when he came back, he acted like he is now. Maybe worse than now but it’s close to that. Knee injuries are bad because you’ll remember that pain.

Exact same crap we heard in 2016 after the Chamcellor hit, all he did after that was lead the greatest comeback in football history to win the Super Bowl. Believe what you want, I have all the proof I need.
Then present it. If Dr. Ivan has concrete proof that Tom Brady is in fact dealing with an injury than it should not be to hard to post a link. The information available on the internet is mixed and I do not know one way or the other.

Whether Brady is injured or not - and if he is, how badly - I do not know; what I do know is that he has made some rather questionable decisions during the last 3 games, and that surprises me...and disturbs me too.

In the end, it doesn't matter. If he is injured, he is playing through it. The only thing that matters is how well he plays.

I don’t care if you believe it, you can continue to believe he sucks, I however believe he’s dealing with a knee injury, and imo it’s really obvious.

I asked you nicely to make your case and you refused.

Can I make 3 suggestions?

First re-read this entire thread.

Second read other sources like:
Hannable: Are Tom Brady’s struggles more on him, or his pass catchers?
(He will not throw his buddies under the bus)

Third: have an open mind instead of insisting you know what is true...

I get it - this is the internet and not a college course but come on ...

More than three, I think - and a couple more that were unfortunately tipped at the line.

Still, to my eye (for what that's worth), he hasn't looked right since the brace incident in Miami. Seems like he's bailing on plays sooner to avoid a possible hit, which makes me think his knee is a bit shaky and he's making sure he's okay to go for the playoffs.

I'm totally okay with that as long as he flips the switch back when he needs to. Certainly not giving up on Brady at this point!

You think “ If Dr.Ivan has concrete proof” is asking nice? I think it’s ****ish. Brady is clearly hampered by injury, regardless of the personnel issues, and if you want to wait for the MRI’s and claim it’s age in the meantime then by all means do so, but don’t give me sh.t for saying we have been down this road repeatedly and every time it ends up being injury and not diminished capacity.

Hopefully Brady heals enough to win in January, if not they are done, we will see.

What about this? Here is the first post you directed toward me:

Why wouldn’t he complete his regular run at regular tempo if he were healthy? Just didn’t feel like it?

****ish?

What you believe doesn't matter one iota. You can't prove it so stow it already. You're opinion is garbage and has been for years. It's certainly why I blocked you. Because you aren't capable of presenting a cogent argument. It's all Baseless garbage.

BTW, SFBs, No where in the thread does SBC say "Brady sucks". That's 99% of your problem. You post fictitious garbage without a shred of actual proof.

You got "sh.t" because you don't have the 1st clue as to what you were talking about.
